Rooms are clean and comfortable. Fantastic hot showers with great pressure. Great value for money compared to other places in the area. Wonderful staff are very friendly and attentive. Will be staying here again!

My room was a bit dark despite having a window and the window did not have an interesting view, it faced some water tanks. There is potential to make useful the windows while keeping the privacy of the guest.

It is clean, comfortable, perfect for 1-2 nights or for a business trip. It is well located and the staff is very friendly.

1. The WIFI was in limited places, on the main block, but not the dining hall and general estate. 2. There was intermittent power supply during the daytime, and the premises would only use the standby generator during the late evening. 3. The AC in my room was overhead the bed, making sleeping difficult, yet the AC is essential given the hot weather. 4. The breakfast was basic.

There is not much variety food wise and we were disappointed when we asked if there was any attractions around Lilongwe ? Only to be told that there was nothing. The place is far from many social amenities but if you drive it would be ideal place to relax. The shower was powerful and nice hot water attracts me to a hotel A bit on the expensive side considering the place is small Aparthotel.

Annavilla7 was really nice place and very quiet. The noise came from works going on but we were warned on the day.Staff were brilliant. Did not actually catch their names but they were all very helpful and respectful .

The kitchen sink drain kept on falling apart and water got everything. I reported it, but was never properly fixed it happened two more times, this really annoyed me.

The delay of food and having a construction taking place until late in the evening, and poor wifi connection, no simple facilities like international chargers at the hotel The wardrobe in the room doors was falling and not insect-insecitised for mosquitoes

It was not what I expected - minimal type of food - and no variety to choose from, and they were not willing to accommodate our requests, extremely slow in food preparations

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the big windows looking out on the garden. Loved how the bathroom is decorated - and is as per pictures. Loved the patio, view, comfy couches with blankets as a nice touch for cooler evenings. Close to restaurants & shops.
