Hospitality was amazing Property was cozy and felt homey Staff was super helpful and very nice and friendly. Food was decent but what made it great was the service

I guess it’s my bad I didn’t imagine that the hotel doesn’t see the sea. The full island is a little bit lower in standard than other islands such as MALE and MAFOOSHI islands for example. But this hotel is the best in that area and definitely the best service Nothing to do at night in the full island so not the fault of the hotel.

Staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything ,and more , that we needed. Very accommodating to changes in our schedule. Food excellent. Very friendly.

Just for future reference...We were advised to get a taxi in to male to get the fast taxi boat but infact it's first stop was the airport so we could have saved the taxi fare and standing in the heat!

Amazing people working in the hotel - friendly, open to any comments / suggetions, proactively ready to help. We were offered a room upgrade and a complimentary excursion during our stay. We took full package with breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that we have ordered were fresh and tasty.

We had a great stay at this budget-friendly hotel in the Maldives. The staff were a real highlight—super friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The excursions offered were fantastic, especially the whale shark snorkel trip, which was an unforgettable experience. While the hotel is located in a town that's still under development, it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. All in all, a great value stay with warm hospitality and memorable adventures!

I was relocated to another property of the same owner due to overbooking even though I had my reservation for a long time. The new property was all the way on the opposite end of the island away from everything. Communication was terrible. It took days to get a response to my questions before my arrival and there was virtually nothing throughout my stay. I had to walk across the island to the original hotel just to have a simple question answered because the 1 staff member at the property I was in could never be found. I booked a tour with the hotel for the next day but it had to be canceled due to weather; understandable. But I was never informed. I sat waiting for my pickup forever. Again, when I messaged about it, I got no response. The only good I can say is that the mattress was really comfortable.

+ Excellent hotel! The staff is friendly, everyone is very helpful, smiling, they respond immediately to requests. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, modern, all accessories are available (tooth brushes, pasta, gels, shampoos, hair dryer, beach towels). The food is excellent! Big choice, everything is delicious. We had full board The beach is in 10 minutes on foot. If you wish, you can make use of the shuttle service at your convenience. But we liked to walk. Excursions were also booked at the hotel. We met a whale shark, we caught big fish, which we were prepared for dinner on request. The successful location of the island, on the state ferry, went to see other islands. Everything is great, thanks for the hospitality!.

I likes so much this hotel because the staff very helpful and manager Rufath help me for each case I applied. Choosing this hotel you will spend your vacation very colorfull and please join all entertainment which they offer especially whale shark snokerling because Ripon will do his best for you just you see more than others. Hope will meet again my dear friends!

This is an exceptional hotel at an affordable price! The staff here are all incredible, kind and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them and you will most definitely be treated as family. We had breakfast included with our booking which was tasty, served with fresh juices and coffee. We also had lunch here most days which was fresh and 10/10. Shout out to Rifath and his team at the hotel for your exceptional service/ hospitality and a big shout out to Ripon who was our number one guide, super knowledgeable of the island/ surrounding areas and the best photographer!!! The hotel is a very short work away from the beach and has shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, dentist and medical practise near by. Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfortable. If you’re looking for the full Maldives experience, save your money on 5* star resorts and stay with Koimala Hotel in Maamigili. They have the best team who will help you see the true beauty of the Maldives including whale sharks, manta rays, turtles, coral reefs and much more. Thank you Koimala Team - we will be back! ⭐️

We had the most amazing stay at Koimala. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, always doing their best to make the guests as happy as possible. Never experienced such a lovely team in any other accommodation, Koimala definitely sets the bar incredibly high. It was our first time in the Maldives and we couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our dream holiday at. Thank you so so much for an unforgettable stay, we will do everything we can to come back!

We had the best time. The staff were 100% dedicated to the clients and tourism. The check-in transfers, room, food hospitality, and reef trips were 10 out of 10. The food was great and filling. You will not go hungry Great modern clean rooms. The staff all go above and beyond.If you come to this island, this is the place where you need to stay.The staff are dedicated to their jobs and their beautiful island. Bikini beach a 10 minute walk or 1 minute with hotel transport. Nothing is too much an effort. Special thanks to Rifath and Ripon Subbe and Kanchan and the rest of the team for their organisation, professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality.We will be back. If you want whale sharks and reef interactions, this place is the best.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was fantastic, especially the manager, Mr. Rifath, who was always super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. We loved the food, especially the ‘Pririni’ dessert and the pasta dishes. The place is beautiful and so welcoming. Truly an unforgettable experience! I truly recommend to everyone. Believe me, you will not regret it!

The staff is very helpful

It is a very welcoming stay with a nice dining terrace. They take care of their guests so much. Very friendly people. The food was delicious, it was so freshly and nicely cooked for us. We ordered the excursions as well. While snorkeling, we saw Manta Ray, dolphins, mini black riff sharks, and lots of different fish. Maamigili island is located 2 hours from Male, 110 km. With the good weather, it is nice to get there on a boat transfer, but if the weather gets windy and rainy, it would be better to fly back with the airplane. And of course, absolutely turquoise beach they have, a dream of Maldives. I love the water colors of Maldive islands. The Indian Ocean is so chill there. It allows you to swim safely and snorkel.

Perfect place for your vacation in the Maldives. Comfortable hotel in a walkable distance to the beach. The staff is amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and kind. The manager, Ripon, the rest of the staff - no words needed. They helped us with everything - speedboats, trips, on island activities, etc. Definitely recommend for your stay!
