Room was a little bit pokey and there wasn’t much light but it was absolutely perfect for the night I needed before going to the airport the next morning.

It was clean with a really comfortable bed and a TV with Netflix! The staff were friendly and helpful with getting taxi to the airport the next morning.

There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet, and it needs minor renovations to improve the quality of the hotel.The lights were dim, and there was noise from the surrounding area because it was near the road. overall just nice for short stay

Noisy as road is quite busy and a bathroom leak in the ceiling which was mouldy and on the floor which meant damp towels on the floor my whole stay.

The price is value, but the management needs to keep at least the toothbrush and soup an etc.The soups and shampoos are the same.

The views of the room from the sea side are amazing 👏.The cleanliness is another highest light 💙. They have even adaptor for charging,which is so amazing for use.

Why have a mini bar and price list when it's not stocked? Why have a tea kettle but neither tea or coffee available? Staff only limited helpful. Apparently there was a city wide issue with the water pressure which meant the shower was (noisily) dripping continuously. It would have been nice if this was mentioned during check in and given the opportunity to cancel booking for free or get offered a discount of some sort like free breakfast for the inconvenience... Instead we had to mention it ourselves and they said they can't do anything about it except put a cloth/towel on the floor to 'dampen' the noise... Also mattress was way too soft for my liking but that's a personal preference. Just be aware that if you like them on the harder side you might not enjoy your sleep here. Walls quite thin and one can hear TV from other room.

No elevator, but this was known before.

Very kind and helpful staff. They were carrying our heavy bags immediately to the room without asking and helped us getting a room while we arrived earlier than expected.

The hot water was not running in the 1st room we stayed.

The hotel fits the purpose of our stay very well. But the staff, led by Mr Dinesh, have been a really great help and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I would like to thank Shaan for his great hospitality, the receptionists are very professional and welcoming they are always ready to help with any inquiries like anything about tours , transportations they are willing to help with a 7 inch smile and they will make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable I’m so grateful that I met them Plus the hotel is in front of the beach and the location is great there is a nice spots , restaurants, shop . The hotel is clean and always smells good Definitely recommend it

Bathroom layout was very bad. Toilet position was not nice and difficult to sit properly because it was nestled between the shower's glass partition and a nook in the wall. My recommendation to the hotel is to remove that glass partition altogether.

Reception was very accomodating and helpful with my requests. I very much appreciated it! Location was very good, right next to the beach.

Great location walking straight to the seafront. Not far from airport and also plenty of eating placces and supermarkets nearby. The staff were truely outstanding. Very helpful and kind I cannot say enough nice words about them.

Breakfast is expensive, you can order the same package at the nearly restaurant and just need half price.
