Sometimes the drinks were slow.

Comfortable rooms with a lot of space. The staff were really friendly. There were some lovely little touches like an umbrella and beach towels and mats in the room.

The only thing we lacked to our complete satisfaction was a better mattress, the ones in our room were unfortunately very soft and one was sinking into them. The second complaint is about the organization of the restaurant. The staff, were very poorly organised. They were milling around, most of them very unprofessional, taking plates from under our hands but leaving dirty ones on the same table without even noticing. Everyone was doing everything and nothing, every once in a while something was missing somewhere. They brought us the bill for our drinks when we hadn't even finished eating, and once they even brought us the bill for a drinks they hadn't brought us during the whole dinner. I guess someone forgot...

Stylish and well-equipped hotel in a relaxed beach style. A nice place in a beautiful bay next to the beach, which is frequented by locals - very nice authentic Mauritian town atmosphere, you are not surrounded by tourists and sterile environment of other resorts. The buffet dinners were varied and the food imaginative and most very good. Praise must go to Anish - on the only day he was in charge of the restaurant, everything worked and he was the only one in the kitchen able to arrange gluten free pastries and even pancakes for my son for breakfast. The other praise is due to the maintenance gentleman - on arrival we discovered a leaking drain at the bathroom sink and after reporting it to reception he fixed it immediately and perfectly. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and was very quiet.

Honestly, they were just really happy for what they got and were very satisfied with the service, food, room and personnel. They said they'd be happy to go again if they could.

Breakfast was very nice. I paid the trip for my godmother and her husband, it's her feedback here. They found it very tasteful and varied.

During Tea time there was no 'gato pima' left as per menu xcept samoussa...but which was really tasty.

As usual vy peaceful place and relaxing hotel. Food as usual vy good. Also the Team at Yeh Man resto and the bar were vy nice . Really appreciated a surprise birthday cake offered 2 me which will always be memorable.🥰🤩A big thanks to the whole team😇Highly appreciated 👏 🤩The swimming pool also was vy enjoyable and not crowded .I would say a perfect for a any1 who want to spend a peaceful moments.

In the first place, they forgot that I am a VVIP and I didn't like the location of my room. However, this was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

I would highly recommend this resort as one can find kindness and warm welcome from the Hotel Director to the Front Office Desk Staff, including Jerry and his nice Event staff, Paynee with the Restaurant & Bars personnel and Housekeeping staff. I like also the fact that the Staff in general listen to Customers feedback to improve our stay and I did extend my stay.

Bathroom's are small. Food is good, but if we would have stayed for linger than 5 nights it might have felt repetitive. That's normal with hotel buffets though.

Beautiful spaces, alot of emphasis on sustainability, rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, well equipped, everything is designed in a modern and sort if boho aesthetic. Great value for money!

In the morning, dogs roaming around near the breakfast place and drinking water from the pool...birds roaming where the food are served.

The lady who the induction was very knowledgeable but she might need to slow down so that the client gets to grasp all the details. And the aqua gym instructor needs to start on time. And work on mosquitoes repellent in the spa area.

The staff are very welcoming, dedicated and well trained. Reasonable variety of meals for both the diner and the breakfast. Reasonable extra activities. Live music at the garden and while having diner.

There is a problem abot stray dogs. İ woke up two or three times because of their barking. When we eat our dinner the stray dogs coming near us and disturbing us.

The overall price for the rooms is too high. the rooms are tiny, the pool deck urgently needs to be renovated and most bars (poolside bar as well as rooftop bar) are always closed.

nice location on the beach (no direct beach access from the hotel or hotels own beach), the pools, restaurants and bars are very nice and the food is mostly tasty as well. pricing for food and drinks is ok. they have all you need such as a store and a spa

The location and the beach opposite the hotel was not the best! Not as good as Flic en Flac but still OK for sunbathing. The bar and restaurant were under either understaffed or it was crowded Tribu bar at the pool- never found anyone manning it to order a drink, walked up to the other bar at the end which was understaffed and took too long to get a drink
