Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaGreat little apartment. Everything provided, including a washing machine/dryer. Natacha and Anais did a great job keeping the place clean and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, the facilities need maintenance, especially around the pool area. But for the amount we paid, we were very happy overall.

AustraliaThe common areas of the apartment around the main pool are a bit of a disaster. The timber decking has all rotted and is collapsing. Not suitable for small children as it is quite dangerous. The outdoor furniture has also deteriorated and is in very poor condition.
Apartment is great. Very large with everything you need. Good location, walkable to supermarket, restaurants and bars. On site parking very convenient. Apartment was spotlessly cleaned and overall well maintained.

GermanyThe apartment was exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a really great stay in Pereybere. It would be a nice feature if the dip-in-pool would be heated - so you could also use it in the evening when it's dark. But summed up it was a really nice stay!

The location was great, close to a lot of public beaches and restaurants. There is a very big supermarket a short walk from there. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

SingaporeWe couldn't really use the private jacuzzi upstairs since it wasn't heated and we were there in winter. Would be great if there were options for firm and soft pillows-the pillows provided were really soft.
Hosts were really responsive and the payment by cash on hand went smoothly. Payment is in cash. If you are exchanging for cash in MRU airport, best to ask them for the exact rates which they will quote you based on MCB daily rates prior to arriving at One Bay. Invoice was sent via email. The place is clean and it has everything you need. Very spacious. Cleaning service was good too.
