United KingdomThe food selection at the restaurants was fairly poor and overpriced for what was on offer. The location is also a bit remote, and even though only a 15 minute walk in theory to local places, the road is dark and without any side walks which makes it very scary at night. Highly recommend a car if you're staying here and planning on leaving the resort.
The breakfast was plentiful, but a bit expensive for what was on offer. Personally prefer more of a buffet. The service was excellent. Staff was very attentive and even remembered our names. Housekeeping can be improved as they kept taking our robes! The room was very techie, which i loved personally. The bed was comfy and very well laid out, and bathroom was beautifully done. The Japanese toilets were a star. The boathouse has a number of water activities. I highly recommend them. Our captain for the open boat tour was absolutely amazing. The spa was amazing and a treat itself. Sauna steam room and great massages. Highly recommend you go there whenever you have the time!

United Arab EmiratesHowever, the rooms were quite far from the reception and the beach – in a separate area – so once we left for breakfast and activities, it was hard to go back and forth during the day.
A very upscale hotel with a lovely welcome drink 🍹 We booked two rooms with a private pool – spacious and beautiful! The beach was beautiful and we took a fun ride on a glass-bottom boat. Just like other LUX* resorts, there’s a great kids club and a full schedule of activities for both kids and adults.

United StatesThe prices of drinks and food at the resort. The stay was a 10 out of 10 the prices of the drinks and food in the resort was a bit excessive given what we received. The only time we felt we got what we paid for was at the Asian restaurant.
The hotel and especially the staff are top notch. I loved it would stay again and would definitely recommend it. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had. Once we figured out how to turn off all the lights we slept soundly. The hotel is stunning the aesthetic of the hotel is a 10. Will definitely look up other Lux brands when we travel.

We were told a nurse would drop by our room at 12PM and they didn’t show up until over an hour past that time (we had to check in with the front desk several times). checking out also took an incredibly long time and I had to wait two hours to check out with their cashier.
The resort was really impressive and we were really blown away by the food there!

Very modern, new, environmentally friendly. Amazing facilities and room. Room looked sleek and is spacious, view of the ocean was amazing. Breakfast was amazing too with a lot of healthy choices, also appreciated all the complimentary water sports like snorkelling, pedalling and glass bottom boat. It is also the small things - like a beach bag in your room which you can take home, we were two girlfriends travelling together and was given one extra beach bag so we could each have one. The free hazelnut cake in the fridge was also a very nice touch!
