The hotel is nice. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location is close to a relaxing beach (but unfortunately not swimmable since the recent storms) with some nice family restaurants. Overall good value. The nearby laundry is useful, speedy and good value too.

SlovakiaWe had a great few days at La Margarita, the room was clean, the staff was always cheerful and made us feel like at home. Our room had a balcony over the pool with palm trees around it, felt really nice just sitting there reading a book surrounded by the tree tops. We used this hotel as a base for our adventures around Mauritius, car rental adds a lot of options and access to a wide variety of beaches and activities, although the beach nearby (5 min walk) was nice. Great value for money, we will definitely return if we ever get a chance to visit Mauritius again. Thank you,

A great location, a couple of minutes to the beach, some parking near by. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Room was basic but had all you needed for a good night's sleep. Bathroom adequate, with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Water pressure in the shower was great. There was a safe and a fridge in the room. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. Great value for money stay.

United KingdomThere is very little around the hotel, so ensure you have transport (e.g. hire car, scooter), but there is a bus stop right outside. At breakfast and dinner, there could be a shortage of supplies, even if arriving an hour before they stop serving.
The room was a nice size and, considering it was only a small pool area, it did not get crowded during the days.
