Breakfast offering was expansive and of very good quality whilst the locations of the hotel was far enough away from the centre to be able to enjoy a relaxing break by the sea.

Although not cheap, everything was so up to standard. The room was FANTASTIC-better than we expected! Service was excellent. Whatever we needed, we were helped with without delay. Atmosphere was a dream.

The people reserving sun beds early in the morning and not returning until the afternoon to use them. It’s selfish and ruins everyone’s experience.

In the kitchen it would help to find a few things when you get there (kitchen towel, dish soap etc..). You can also sometimes hear water gurgling through the plumbing.

The new luxury bay suites are very nice and spacious. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the busiest part of Malta (with all the nightlife, lots of restaurants and shopping) - but the hotel is on its own peninsula - recessed enough that its vey quite. The breakfast and food at the restaurants was also excellent

Minor inconveniences like lack of in-room facilities. However staffs were extremely helpful to provide all requested items, on demand.

Excellent stay, with all amenities one could ask for a relaxed holiday! I will definitely stay here again.

The higher rates for in house taxi’s as Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the hotel foyer - we were unable to book Bolt or Uber easily because of this. There wasn’t anything in the way of evening entertainment whilst we were there apart from a pianist which seemed to play at odd times in the piano bar. Namely when people were outside dining.

Friendly & welcoming staff. Lovely, relaxing family break with two teenagers - rooms were spacious and even had a garden view with direct access to the pool via a gate from our balcony/terrace.

A bit too noisy on the children side.

Very large and unique hotel next to the sea. The reef club was one of our highlight. Food at breakfast and at the Palio’s restaurant were also great.

If you want to visit St Julians, it's a great location. For us, St. Julians was only to stay on resort, so it worked! But we did venture out one day... compared to the rest of Malta, its not nice 😕

Everything!! I would definitely return.... from service to facilities. Love this place. We stayed to be at the resort only, so this was ideal!! We stayed in Valletta and Mdina at different properties to enjoy those locations. This was our final stop for a few days, and it was absolutely perfect for that!

Did not like the room service breakfast at all. Food was below standard. A simple request for ciabatta toast resulted in dried out toasted rolls. Inedible. The buffet breakfast was also very poor quality and we only tried it once and never again.

Some areas did feel a bit dated but it didn’t really affect my stay. Security was an also a bit aggressive, but I can understand being safe than sorry.

The property was great and well maintained- not a far walk from local restaurants and shopping, it was convenient but not in ‘in the middle of it all’
