Good location , very clean and serviced every day . They put a real personal touch and leave you treats every day on your table . What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service from Dyna Azzopardi . Nothing is too big or little to help her customers . She has excellent engagement skills , very professional yet with such a warmth she makes you feel at home . She makes sure her customers have not just information about the hotel and your stay but surrounding restaurants , places to visit and so much more ! She looked after me so well that I will definitely return because of her stand out service .

Everything was wonderful, during the 7 nights we had some 10-star conditions. Mrs. Dyna is a wonderful person and gave me a lot of advice about some things that you don't easily find on the internet related to some trips. She took an interest in our vacation here being a success. About the room, it looks much better than in the pictures, everything looks like new and immaculate. The area is beautiful, you can walk peacefully at any time on the streets without worries, so I 100% recommend this hotel.

Not much to say here, but if I really have to, the beds slowly slide away from the walls if you really lean on to the wall, but it's completely fine when we're lying down. Also, a microwave or hot plate would be nice to warm up food, but this is just personal preference or a suggestion, and we were completely aware that this would not be provided, so again, no complaints.

I must start with the host. From greeting us every morning with a smile to suggesting what we can do for the day and making sure we were comfortable and even giving us tips as a local, she's without a doubt the best host I've ever had. The hotel room had all the necessities, and was comfortable and clean. We even received Maltese treats everyday. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

It was a little hard to find a parking spot everynight, because in that area a lot are occupied by residents. I also think that some disposable slippers would have been really helpfull.

Everything was amazing, they cleaned the room every day and this was very important to us. The location was super closed to the most important location points of the area, you can simply walk. The bed was very confortable and we also appreciated the ventilation. The stuff was really friendly and I appreciated that they offered us some travel information, they even gave us a map with the touristic attractions. The checkin process was very very easy and we are a fan of self checkin/checkout.

a temporary construction work in the building nearby that causes a lot of noise but it is the fault of that annoying neighbour and definitely has nothing to do with the hotel:)

- Super responsive host and friendly staff - clean and modern building with amazing King Bed! - While all usual hotel features are great, i’d like to point out that the owner is really trying her best to make it unique experience for the guests and adds personal extra details like makeup towels, mirror with nice light, degustation of local snacks everyday, free drinks (coffee/ tea, etc) and maps with Maltese places to visit!

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Modern infrastructure, youthful, cozy appearance. Even a small kitchenette in the room. Community area with a cafe (with very delicious coffee). Super nice, friendly and helpful staff!!!!! Their goal was always to give us the best. Thank you!

Noise isolation could be better but most hotels have this issue.

We are very happy that we chose the Osiris for our stay. Excellent location, very nice beach nearby, airport is quite close as well although we didn’t hear any aircraft noises, it took us 10 minutes to drive with bolt to catch our early morning flight. Helpful and extremely friendly staff, especially Dyna at the reception, comfortable bed and a very nice and wide room in general. Very easy to find and we also really liked the code system instead of entering a room with a card or a key. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The property was great and accommodated us well and had enough space in the bathroom and bedroom for two people.

The staff, especially Dyna (who took the time to check if we were ok and everything was going well with our stay) were very kind and friendly. The area was great and very close to restaurants and the market.

Our experience was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The staff were all super nice and our host Dyna, was truly wonderful. She helped us with everything, she gave us a few recommendations and very helpful tips. Marsaxlokk is a quiet town, but still close to everything you would like to see. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, who is thinking about a trip to Malta and would like a comfortable and personal stay.
