The shared kitchen upstairs was fantastic with everything you needed, and a rooftop courtyard too. Very generous with coffee pads for the machine - unlike a lot of places I’ve stayed. I met the owners who are lovely people too.

Cozy but also modern room with AC, amenities and even a coffee machine. The common breakfast room/terrace was also really nice and well kept, the location is amazing with the ferry station being just a quick walk away + multiple bus stops nearby. Thank you for having us!

Nothing, it was superb.

Our room was exactly as described, very clean and everything you needed was on hand. The rooftop terrace and breakfast area was an added bonus. Communication regarding book in process was excellent, any questions were very quickly answered. Just a short walk to the harbour, war museum and lots of bars and restaurants. Great value for money.

This property is great, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff stayed connected and were quick to respond with questions and assist when needed. There is parking nearby on the streets, and it's remarkably close to the harbour where there plenty food and drink and access to Valletta. Great stay! Thank you.

The only negative aspect is the booking-in system. It was not designed with ease of use in mind. Door codes are sent via a link to a “portal”. Our phones (Apple iPhone 13) removed the link sent via Booking.com messaging system. For some reason, they could not send the code via the messaging system. We were able to talk to someone, by ringing the number provided, who was v helpful and gave us the codes. However they did not answer WhatsApp calls. You needed to ring via the phone system. Once we got the codes, all was well.

Charming guest house very well located for the ferry to Valletta. Stayed in room 101 which was very comfy and had a little courtyard. Lots of convenience food stores/take aways in the area. Bed was big and comfortable and it had a modern walk-in shower. There was a kitchen upstairs though we did not use it much. Plenty of free filtered water in glass carafes, good to cut down on plastic. There is a left-luggage room.

Really spacious property! The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, we had a good night sleep! There living area downstairs was an awesome addition to the room and even tho we didn’t use it, the breakfast area and rooftop was a great feature.

There was only one thing that I did not like about the apartament and that was the smell from under the kitchen sink. It was really bad in the evenings. Additionaly the apartament is located in the Bormla district. I would not recommend to go out at night in that neighborhood. You can find some strange people even at day time, however we did not had any problems.

We have really enjoyed the stay! The place was very nice and clean. It has all that we needed durring our stay. The contact with the apartament's support was exceptionally good. Additionaly the place is very close to the boat ferry for Valletta and the bus stops.

Tricky enough to manoeuvre steps to property with luggage.

Stylish, quiet, comfortable room, good air-con. Free capsule coffees in the room and refillable water available. Very close to ferry for Valetta, and for exploring 3 cities. Also, they were receptive to a late checkout.

Some improv (shower gel hanging on top never to be reached if your height is below 1.85). Room lacks a clear window towards anything, but if left semi-open you can pick up conversations from the street/neighbor's. Cleaning personnel arriving too early to remind you to vacate the room. Luggage remains unsupervised in the utilities room, free for everyone from the building to access.

Nice shared roof-top terrace. I picked the location for a night during the fireworks festival. Amenities of the room are as described. Good wifi.

The location for partying is not too great because we used a lot of taxi to Valetta because the boat doesn't drive after 7pm. It's a little bit small overall so I recommend this apartment for two people with kids mainly or 4 really close friends because the bathroom door is a little see through and noisy so we managed everything because we were really close friends.

Everything was super clean and the building is great. It has a amazing rooftop with chill lounge for breakfast and after dinner wine with friends. When we got out, the staff cleaned our room, put fresh coffee and new towels if needed. Extra nice! Thanks :)

The room is on the ground floor and you can hear everyone coming in, going up the stairs or the lift. Unfortunately it's not that sound proof. One of the pillowcases had a stain as well. Low water pressure.

Very comfy, and the location was ideal as we were there for the procession. Comfy and good sized room. Beautiful veranda on the top floor, with unlimited water supply.

Initially I was a little disappointed at the lack of response to a query (requesting help with the TV which wasn't working - eventually worked after switching it off at the plug). Also took me a while to realise that for hot water you need to switch on a switch on the wall, which was not labelled or mentioned in the guide. But after these hiccups, I had an enjoyable few nights stay there. The manual in the room could do with referring to the facilities and crockery available in the shared kitchen too. Some might find it rather impersonal, given that there is no reception, and as I said, I had no response or personal contact from anyone during my stay.

Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated room with ensuite in a typical old terraced building. Bed and bedding very comfortable, good shower, lovely towels, aircon, fridge and coffee machine in room. TV with Netflix (without login needed). Good wifi. My room had a tiny shaded courtyard but the rooftop terrace was much more spacious. Shared kitchen (next to terrace) on top floor with microwave, water cooler etc. Quiet during my stay (off season), and as located in an alleyway with no vehicles, there was no traffic noise. Keycode entry system (the automated message with the door codes can be confusing as 1 code is given twice, and one code is missing the # symbol).

Lokalizacja great location in a quiet neighborhood. close to the ferry to Valetta. a wonderful roof terrace and a well-equipped kitchen also on the top floor right next to the terrace. rooms clean and large.

1) The hotel is automatic, i.e., there is no reception. 2) Communication with the hotel team is poor. (1+2=) We arranged for an early check-in. But since the hotel has no reception + communication is poor, the “codes” for the external door of the hotel were not sent. Thus, we had to wait in the street, outside the hotel door, sending in-app messages, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, asking to let us in – but getting zero reply. We had to leave and come back at the “official check-in time”. 3) Make sure you have mobile data, or write in advance the hotel WiFi details, as you only get the door codes on-line, at the exact check in time == since you can’t speak to anyone, and if you don’t have mobile data, then you won’t be able to enter. 4) Pay attention that you need to add “#” to the room code (as for the hotel street door) 5) Room was dark (even with the lights on) 6) Mosquitoes -- be careful leaving/opening the room’s windows since there are no nets on the windows and mosquitoes will eat you (yes, this is also true for January)

There was no adapter for sockets, hair drayer was broken, the water did not run out of the shower. Everything was solved, after we contacted the manager, but we had inconveniences. I think appartment is to tiny for four people.

A bit difficult to find, even with the detail given by the hotel. The taxi driver had to ask some locals who directed us to the correct alley.

The facility is located close to the center and near public transport and the ferry to valletta. There is a larger store nearby and during the stay at the facility there was peace and quiet.
