The room was spacious, comfortable, cool, and very clean. The location is perfect- we used the public transportation a lot, and this bnb is located right next to the central bus hub. Lorenzo takes very good care of his place, as well as his guests. He gave us amazing recommendations for our stay, and he is very kind and personable! We would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Gozo!

A wonderful place and a perfect location. It's a large house in Maltese design. The apartments have terraces and bathrooms. The owner, Lorenzo, is very caring and helpful. He knows his country very well and points out interesting historical and tourist spots... including culinary ones, of course :). Lorenzo, thank you for the wonderful days, and we'll see you soon :)

Located in an excellent location close to all amenities. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good too. Good Wifi Lorenzo is a very nice, friendly and welcoming host, he makes you feel very welcome and goes out of his way to help.

The house was so charming, the room was beautiful, you won’t regret staying here. Lorenzo was superb, really helpful and really added to our stay. So pleased we stayed here!

Lorenzo was a super helpful and welcoming host. The room was spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — I had the best night’s sleep of the entire vacation! Breakfast was excellent, with delicious local Maltese food. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

This property is a real gem. Its central location in Victoria (Rabat) is a few minutes walk from the bus station and the centre of town. It’s a beautiful property and surprisingly large inside. Our room was very comfortable with air conditioning, private bathroom and complimentary toiletries. Lorenzo is the perfect host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was continental but we were also treated to cooked Maltese pastizzi and fresh ground coffee. This was served on a lovely patio overlooking the garden. I wished our stay could have been longer and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lorenzo.

Lorenzo is a lovely and welcoming host. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, parking and just anything we needed to know about life in Gozo. The room was super clean, had a very good bed, AC and shower. It was also a quiet location, which is very important for my partner and I. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh bruschetta, warm chocolate croissant and much more! Overall we had a lovely stay and will come back for sure!

Lorenzo is a genuinely friendly host, he greets his guests with a big smile and makes sure that the guest is comfortable. Makes you feel at home.

Lorenzo our host was fantastic. He was very good at communicating with me, so helpful and very friendly without being overly intrusive. It was interesting learning about life on Gozo. The B and B was quiet and ideally located; close to the bus station and Victoria's sights, bars and restaurants. Our room was very spacious, cool and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Breakfast included local specialities and set us up for the day.

It is at a great, central location, near the main bus station, on a quiet side street. Lorenzo was a very helpful, proactive host. One of the best perks is that you can leave your luggage at the lobby of the B&B before check-in time and after check-out time. This way you don't have drag it around or search for a storage. Another helpful perk that he also had electric plug converters from the standard European plug to the local British (Maltese) plug. The building is large, with a huge staircase, spacious rooms. One side, with the smaller room faces the lovely back yard, while the other side with the larger rooms faces the quiet street. The room on the upper floor has an open balcony while the one below has the traditional Maltese closed balcony with windows. Perhaps one day the furniture can be upgraded to match the elegance or syle of the building. Currently it is also suitable, comfortable, practical. Breakfast is available in the dining area on the ground floor, in the back yard or on your terrace.

Converting such a historic, old building into a Bed'n Breakfast with separate rooms and facilities required some compromises. A particluar one is the location of the shower and toilet that is in the corner of the room -- separated by two walls and a swing door or saloon door, but otherwise in the same space. Not for those who are very self-conscious.

We stayed 3 nights in Gawhra and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The location is great, in a quiet street within walking distance from the bus stop and citadella. The room was spacious and clean, while keeping the original charm of the building (we even had a little balcony). We got a lot of useful tips about the island from Lorenzo, and he even provided some local pastries for breakfast. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The place is central, but still very cosy and quiet. Lorenzo, the owner, was helpful and so nice. The rooms was huge and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. I can truely recommend this B&B to everyone going to Gozo.

We had a wonderful stay at Gawhra BnB in Gozo! The highlight of our experience was definitely our host, Lorenzo. He’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. We had many engaging conversations with him throughout our stay, and he truly made us feel at home. Lorenzo also gave us great recommendations and personally guided us through the best sightseeing spots around Gozo — it made our trip even more special. The breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to our days of exploring. Overall, a cozy place with a lovely host. We would definitely come again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo!

Great location within the older section of Victoria. 2 minutes to central square and great restaurants. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and all his recommendations were very good. Great breakfast on a wonderful little terrace

Lighting in the bathroom is poor

We loved everything about this guest house - comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast, lovely restored building. But the best thing was Lorenzo, the attentive owner:) From the moment we arrived, Lorenzo made us feel at home. Full of great advice making our stay memorable
