The smell of the white towels was disgusting. We exchanged them every day, but even new ones smell the same, like they were stored for 1 year in old dark humid basement I couldn't get rid of this smell from my hair:(

Everything was great. Staff very good and friendly. Barbecue night was excellent and the meet and greet wirh free canapes and sangria was fantastic. Pool has beautiful view of church and bay. Overall a great experience

I was attempted to be up-sold a room with an ocean view at a premium cost. I declined and it turned out that the room I had already been assigned had an ocean view. The staff during breakfast were slow to replenish knives and forks and I was sometimes left wandering around. Also there were multiple tables left uncleaned with nowhere to sit.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. Great and quiet location with amazing views over Mellieha Bay. Infinity pool from the rooftop is an added bonus, serene atmosphere with incredible views.

There was noise at night. Sometimes the staff cleaned at 4 am. They were hawking some buckets and cleaning instruments all over the hallway, talking in a loud voice. Also the soundproofing in between rooms was not great.

It was difficult to get a seat at the pool as towels were put there early in morning to keep them.

I didn’t like the floor that we stayed because there wasn’t windows. I’m allergic to the mold and the AC had this smell.

The pool is absolutely amazing, with the best view in town. The location is great as well and the staff is extremely nice. When it comes to the food, we had breakfast included and we liked it. Highly recommended.

The bed was slightly on the hard side and the pillows aren’t the most comfortable but still had a good night sleep. The omelettes at breakfast are pre-cooked so unable to choose the fillings which was a bit of a shame, but still tasty.

Very welcoming staff, very helpful. Lovely spacious room, very clean and comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely, indoor pool and sauna. The rooftop pools are fab, there’s two one for just adults and one for kids. Plenty of space - if it’s busy there is a bit of a struggle for a sunbed but I didn’t have an issue. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Pool area very busy and not much space for the amount of guests , small balcony looking out onto roadworks not very relaxing and noisy , hotel was a good walk from the main part of the area. The wet room is a bit of a nightmare as the bathroom is always soaking wet the floor when you need to go to use the bathroom the floor is constantly soaking wet. Staff in the cafe/bar at the front of the hotel reception we’re a little bit rude at times , we would of eaten in there more but got ignored when we went in more than once, maybe need more staff in there.

Hotel was nice! Room was very spacious and clean. Spa facilities and gym included is really good! Good luggage space to leave luggage.

The superior room had the balcony positioned to the back of the building where a lot of AC were loudly working. The black out did not work so well. The room was freezing when we arrived. The first impression at the reception was not good. As soon as I approached a lady asked for our passports, not even a 'welcome, good afternoon". Later She seemed nicer. Pool area too small for the hotel dimension.

Room dimension and breakfast! A lot of variety and fresh made pancakes, eggs, etc. Hotel design is nice and spatious.

The shower in our room was a misconstruction and it was impossible to take a shower without watering the whole bathroom floor.

We wanted to stay away from the crowded Sliema area and found a good spot in Mellieha. Ideal for going to the sandy beaches on the west of the island but still restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Breaksfast was good and always enough and the staff very friendly. We also enjoyed the spa area and rooftop of the hotel from where you had a great view overlooking the church of Mellieha and the sea.

The head of the waiters, Ghandia (i suppose, sorry but i dont remeber the exactly name) and Dawa (from the reception) were extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and well-equipped.The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The top-deck pools and bar were lovely. The location was very good (close to Maltese traditional streets and restaurants) and the food was excellent.
