We paid for deluxe room nearly 1,400 e, with Front & side balcony, the net curtains were all torn, the walls by beds were all marked & left with dirty marks etc, told they'd be all sorted like tv, but never was. Which was disappointing after been told it wud, by management they obviously didn't care. Kept getting caught going out to balcony on net curtains.

It was spacious, great views. Clean n general by cleaning staff who were Lovely.

We feel that the apartment lacked in kitchen crockery. The shower needed a tray for toiletries. The space in the bedroom could have been better utilised enabling the room to hold a small sofa,this would have enhanced the stay.

Someone entered to our room when we were out, and without letting us know. However we found out that it was a necessary maintenance which they failed to do as we booked room last minute. They followed up in person and apologised. However it was not pleasant noticing that someone has been in the room.

It was very clean, the staff was nice, followed up on our online complaint in person. The location is very good and has a great view. Auto system for self check in worked well and is quite convenient.

trying to get in this building was a nightmare, no one mentioned that the entrance was at the back of the building with a keypad that when the sun shines on it you can’t see the numbers. I sat one my balcony most days and watched everyone try to figure out how to get in . i couldn’t tell tell it was so noisy from street work and trucks anyway when my food was closed it was very quiet in my room the view was something out of a movie. so very beautiful.

The rooms were really dirty! The staff could at least use the vacuum cleaner. I found an earbud on the bathroom sink. Really? so disinterested and indifference? The fridge was dirty, the floor was dirty, the curtains dirty, the windows dirty.

Bed was not comfortable two singles pushed together leaving the matress to sink in the middle sheet came off the bed becaue the barely fitted, room was stuffty supposed aircon did not really do anything easier to open the dorr onto the balcony, Entrance is to the rear of the building up either steps or a steep slope.

Location and View was superb, Access to many bus routes within a stones throw including Airport Shuttle dropping you exctly at the front of the building and the return stop being near enough opposite it all buses call at the Small Bus Station in the hear of St Pauls Bay so you can venture further away and if you obtain a transport card upon arrival in Malta you will find it pays dividends.. Room was clean room is made up and cleaned every day if you wish for it to be if not you can ask not to be disturbed .

A great choice for walking the Malta Coastal Walk. Big, comfortable apartment with great views. Convenient to a mini supermarket and cafes.

Pay attention to what room you are booking. From the pictures it looks like you'll have the rooftop but there are many different rooms. Place was very nice though no complaints. Really good room service within fresh towels everyday.

Lovely location with Free parking always available just outside. The room had many convenient amenities. The only thing I didn't love is that the bathroom got really humid at night and nothing dried there, wish there was a heater or something. All in all it was very good.

Plus: very friendly personal! You have water on every floor. The communication with them is really easy. The laundry room provides all the chemicals you need to do the laundry free of charge. You have great transport connections. The bus station is right IN FRONT of the building! Minus: I say it unwillingly, but it wasn’t as clean as I would wish for. The curtains were really dirty, they were gray instead of white… I am not that picky, but this was a bit too much. The electrical appliances didn’t work either. The microwave didn’t work at all, and it wasn’t repaired for a week. The fridge…the door from the freezer couldn’t be closed, and the whole fridge became a freezer….

The other guests were so noisy in the midnights that they just bang doors when they leave/enter.

Close proximity to explore the north part of Malta and the other islands. Beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. Compact kitchen. Bus stop, restaurant and bakery at a stone's throw. Friendly staff who immediately attended to our requests.
