From the moment we arrived, Jean and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, warmth, and constant willingness to help truly made the difference – nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made sure all our needs were taken care of with genuine care. The warm hospitality made us feel completely at home, as if we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. It’s rare to find such a personal and heartfelt approach to service, and we are truly grateful for it. Our room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view right in the heart of Valletta. From the windows, we could soak in the sounds, scents, and vibrant atmosphere of the city – it was like experiencing the culture of Malta from the comfort of our room. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character, combining modern comfort with a boutique charm. Its central location made it easy to explore the city by foot, with everything just a short walk away. We highly recommend Palazzo Rosaria to anyone visiting Valletta – especially families looking for a warm and authentic experience. Thank you again to Jean and the entire team for making our stay so special. We hope to return soon!

United KingdomDidn’t really take away from our stay but maybe a bit of drawer or shelf space for clothes, perhaps move the plant by the window next to the mini fridge unit and add a drawer unit.
Location was great, could reach all sights easily, lots of shops and restaurants very close. Taxi stand not far and main bus station also not far to access other parts of the island. Hotel lovely, very modern and clean. We had rooftop suite with hot tub, couldn’t fault it, great facilities and service. Great view from terrace and we had nightly entertainment with fireworks, a concert not far which although we couldn’t see acts we could hear music clearly, also a great busker on the corner nightly. Once inside the room with doors shut wasn’t disturbed by any noise. Room was very clean and room was serviced every day. There was coffee, tea, sugar, milk and water provided. Toiletries in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser. Breakfast provided was hot selection, bacon,sausage, scrambled & fried eggs, beans, cold selection, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, salad, meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, selection of bread (toaster) jams, pastries, juices, tea and coffee. Something for everyone, so don’t be deceived by the small size of the dining area. Beds were very comfortable and pillows varied so you could use what suited you. Air conditioning was superb!! Very much needed! Staff were excellent, pleasant, welcoming, sorted out a couple of things the first day for us very quickly (mostly me not understanding how to work things) and couldn’t do enough to help with a smile. Although the street the hotel is on is pedestrianised the taxi dropped us off and picked us up a couple of minutes walk away so not difficult with cases. This was actually a plus as there was no traffic noise when on the terrace. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would definitely stay again if I returned to Valletta. Thank you for a lovely stay.

United KingdomThere isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel, but I knew that, and you are surrounded by bars & restaurants in a short walk due to central location. Breakfast was a limited choice.
Excellent location, very central. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Room wasn’t ready to check in when we arrived, as we were early, so they looked after luggage. Also phoned me when the room was ready (2 hours earlier than the official 3pm check in) . Good service. Room was very nice, clean & cleaned every day, fresh towels, water, coffee etc.
