UkraineYou need a taxi to go out, not a walkable distance and surrounding to go by feet anywhere. The construction site nearby (the reason for the hotel’s significantly reduced price) is practically invisible from the hotel grounds; only the driveway to the entrance, which goes through the construction area, looks a bit unappealing. A slippery floor near the elevator area: there’s a sign always there, though it can’t prevent I’ve fallen down twice there. Only one power socket for all our devices (hair dryer, kettle, phone chargers, laptop) in a family room for 4 adults… The socket requires an adapter, which the reception kindly provided for use. Swimming in the sea is not a facility provided by the hotel. You can only do this entirely at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard service from the hotel.
The friendly staff helped us resolve all the issues we had. There is an opportunity to swim in the sea using a metal ladder for entry.

United KingdomWe missed being able to dry our wet clothes, the clothes airer on the balcony would have been great. We were disappointed that some guests would smoke on their non-smoking room balconies, though not the hotels fault and it is difficult to police.
Great location and sea views. Lovely pool area. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was a good spread and always well stocked and all staff are very attentive, they even introduced chia seeds after our first day when I bought down my own with me which was such a pleasant surprise. The spa was amazing, all our treatments were outstanding.

MaltaThis is the second time that the hotel is not prepared for check in and we are given the room over 30 minutes later than check in time. Room was also not impeccably clean, with tiny chocolate balls rolling out from behind curtains, pieces of plastic wrapper under the bed and a rather questionable carpet.
Awesome facilities, pools well kept and clean. Staff polite, especially breakfast staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel guests very well treated. Breakfast for kids is a splendid idea, however the choice of items...sweet corn and jelly babies a bit less. Being breakfast chicken sausages, cereal options, scrambled eggs...might be better ideas than chocolate and sweets.

The rooms are identical to what you see in the pictures. I had a view of the sea and it was so wonderful to look at every day. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!!! They gave amazing advice when we were unsure about certain places and gave very good recommendations, too. It was my birthday the day I arrived, and they surprised me with a treat in my room, I am forever grateful for this lovely gesture.
