Communication from reception before the stay was poor, more tables in evening on the top floor pool bar, on some days there wasn't enough loungers by the pool.

Rooms were clean and regularly checked, food was excellent (my daughter is Gluten free and had no problems).

Aside from the burst sewer pipe, which has never happened before on our other stays over the years, my only suggestion and thing that I found quite dangerous was the floor in the main restaurant. Da vella. It was so slippery from grease... and not just around the food area, all around the seating area. Pool steps are slippery too.

The new hall is a lovely improvement and you can see the investments that have been made. Entertainers are fab X bar staff always helpful and happy x we have stayed many times before and have always had a great stay. All Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much for them. Food is always lovely with a great range of food options.

Parking can be a nightmare, especially on Friday or Saturday evenings / early night. But eventually its usually possible to find a free spot in 5 minute walk.

Located next to the sea, with great sea view, with an own beach (easy access to sea for a swim, also recommended for bit of snorkeling because the water is crystal clear and there are several types of fishes next to the rocks, water was also very pleasant and even warm all the time), has a very good outdoor and rooftop pool, breakfast was really good as well. The room was nice and clean, well equipped for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. Bed was bit rough but they provided a softer mattress which was really good.

Bad smells, old rooms, fungus. All inclusive cocktails are almost without alcohol, same and simple food, not even close to all inclusive conception. Not enough sun bad, bad fungus smell even in the room. Waste of money.

Most of the staff weren't very friendly bar one or two, a smile wouldn't cost much. Rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, towels and bins were changed daily but floors not washed properly, tiles and shower tray bit mouldy. Bit of a walk to outdoor shops and bars except for one or two just cross the road.

Plenty of Activities, food was great selection and plentiful, facilities amazing.

Some of the rooms were a bit dated, the drinks choice wasn’t great for the price you pay, not enough staff at the bars despite queues of 20/30 people waiting for drinks, cocktails for example really not good at at all (white wine shouldn’t be in an aperol spritz)

I had higher expectations for my stay. I booked a “superior” room with a sea view — while the view was indeed beautiful, the room itself felt very standard. A more accurate description would be a standard room with a sea view. There were no toiletries or amenities provided. The bathroom was tiny, and every time we showered, the floor got completely wet. We had to use the bath mat to soak up the water, which then became too wet to dry our feet. There was also absolutely no place to leave our shampoo or personal items in the shower, which was quite inconvenient. The sink was half clogged, and the faucet had clearly been broken before — rather than replacing it, a makeshift repair had been done. The fridge wasn’t cold at all, so we didn’t feel comfortable buying milk for coffee or storing any perishable food or drinks. The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrendous — extremely slow and barely usable. Sending a single photo on WhatsApp was a struggle, and streaming anything was impossible. The TV was outdated and unhelpful, with a channel list that didn’t match the actual channels. We gave up on it after trying once. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day. We didn’t eat the bacon because it looked undercooked and soggy, and the eggs were not properly cooked either. While there was a large section for vegetables and salads, it went mostly untouched. That space could have been used for better breakfast options. That said, there were always tables available, even at peak times, which was a plus. We were glad we didn’t book all-inclusive. Instead, we found a fantastic Italian restaurant just across the road and had dinner there four times. Well done to them — excellent food and service. The hotel itself clearly needs a full renovation. There was no air conditioning in the corridors or elevators, making them hot and uncomfortable.

The cleaning service was not the best and even though the bed sheets were changed, they had a weird smell - like wet clothes.

Some parts of the hotel plus the rooms could use an upgrade - all rather outdated. Coffee cups were not washed/replaced after use. AC was rather noisy and old. Would have been nice to have a full water jug upon arrival. Outdoor pool was rather cold.

My sisters room had a shower leak but when they reported it, it was fixed The breakfast was ok but there weren’t enough coffee machines so there was always a queue

We booked 2 rooms. One with no sea view was a little small for a family of 3 but the Manager was helpful in finding a much nicer and larger room without any extra cost.
