The main door was tricky to open. Our room door lock was damaged and we needed to play around to open the door each time.

The location was amazing, the views from the pool area is great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We didnt feel welcome. They didnt even know that we had the reservation. We read the feedback beforehand, and we were curious why it was either very good or very bad. The secrt was so,ved, the personel is changing very often. That is why some people get really good experience and breakfast nd some others quite bad. We had three person staff and one of them was really nice, one ok and we hated us. But it is true that it disturbs when the staff is sitting there all the time with their laptops and taking the best places and best seats.

It was a lovely stay however a small wardrobe or clothes stand to hang out clothes would be a good idea. A shower curtain would work wonders especially with kids. In Malta's hot summer a fridge is not a luxury but a necessity. Just a small drawer for all the residents to share is not enough. A mini fridge in each room would be perfect especially to keep drinks cold in the extreme heat.

The view of the valley is exceptional. Swimming in the pool whilst enjoying the view is a great bonus. The rooms are a decent size too.

1) Did not feel clean here at all. Opened the fridge and it stank, decided from this to skip breakfast on the assumption the ingredients were in there. Loads of weird signs and rules which didn't look like they'd ever been wiped. The pool looked clean but I assume that's because he owners use it... 2) no shower as advertised (there's a shower head but no curtain or door and it isn't a wet room). No bath mat provided which was dangerous on tiled floors. No flush button on the toilet. (Looking back at reviews this has been an issue for over a year) 3) The bathroom also isn't private, you can see through the window from a courtyard which had washing in it. You could also see from this into the bedroom window which doesn't have sufficient curtains to cover it. If I was travelling alone or with other women I would have left immediately. 4) Rules and warnings of additional charges are your welcome package, no information on the local area. They also request taxes which are included in the receipt per booking.com 5) one of the rules is to leave your keys in a lock box, this box is shared with another room so we didn't do this as it would have left our belongings vulnerable. 6) I had the parking filter on and was told it didn't have parking after booking. 7) no hairdryer as advertised and provided towels were one medium and one small not adequate for two adults, especially when one had to be used as a bath mat. 8) Bedside lamp that was plugged in didn't work, lamp that wasn't plugged in was an EU plug and had no adapter, and the socket was behind the pillow. This socket was lose to the wall and is a fire hazard. 9) asked to be quiet after 10 am but ALOT of noise in the house before 7am. Which leads me to my final point, I believe the other "guests" are permanent/semi permanent residents. There is 2 other rooms but they aren't listed on booking.com, so they are up early because they aren't on holiday.

Very comfortable accommodation on Gozo Island. Everything is like on the pictures. Good breakfast is to choose from scrambled eggs, yoghurt with musli or sandwiches and there is also coffee, tea and orange juice for drinking. There is available pool with clean water and terrace with nice view. Location is perfect near to the city center but is very calm neighborhood and close to bus stops. Highly recommend!

Unfriendly staff, poor variety in breakfast, shower head malfunction, lack of hanging space in room, no privacy during breakfast as only one table available. Staff girls were cooking curry rice in the morning for themselves and didn't even open a window, the house was stinking of spices early morning. For breakfast, the juice had finished and same girls said they ran out of juice and that they need to buy....hello??! You need to cater for your guests! If need be, you go out to buy...there and then! To top it off, I found a hair inside the toasted sandwich which was prepared by girls. I brought this to their attention and they couldn't care less and tried to defend themselves. Very poor hospitality skills, saying " I understand. " But clearly they have no clue of what being kind and hospitable means. One girl needed to use the guests bathroom so I felt I needed to hurry up......hey that is the guest bathroom not for staff! Bad management and unfriendly to say the least. NEVER AGAIN! NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED! once bitten twice shy, your loss!

The heating was not working - in the place was very cold! We have only a small heater in the bathroom but it was not enough. Clothes was wet all the time (at is was raining and in the house was too cold for them to dry even after night) We got the blankets, but still it was very cold and we ended this stay with flu :(

Beautiful view, nice pool (but definitely you will not be swimming in December as it’s too cold ;)) I guess on summer it’s perfect. nice, fresh made breakfast. It was quiet as the house is not near main street.

I understand I paid 34EUR for a night with the Genius discount included, however the place needs some upkeep, non working ac, melted power socket for heater, fittings in bathroom coming off, power socket dislodged, hall room door handle came off...plus they ask you to pay Eco tax which was included according to my booking receipt...I booked when I saw good review but it was too generous in my opinion. Curfew noise time was not respected as there were noises throughout the night...not a good place to sleep if your room is next to kitchen/common area.

Bathroom did not have any shampoo nor a curtain, which means it’s impossible to shower without flooding the whole room. The place needs more love, bedside lamps were either not plugged and with no adaptor or flickering like crazy. The ceiling lights were alright but one went off soon after turning it on. There are nails on the walls, bugs in the rooms, the towel heater is falling apart. Breakfast products were insipid (ham and cheese) and there was only soluble coffee, and 2 tea bags of some digestive tea.

It’s well located and has amazing views. The staff was friendly.
