I really enjoyed my stay at Osborne Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, towels were changed every day, and small bottles of water were provided. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they also arranged our transfer to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The location is perfect, close to the city center and the bus stops. The only downside is that the pool is quite small, but everything else was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

The air con in the room was not as cold as it should be. I had it very low and was still a little warm. For me 1 person with only hand luggage the room was a great size but for 2 people with large luggage, it may be a bit tight. The receptionist upon checkout was rude when I asked about my included breakfast that morning.

We paid for the breakfast for two. It started at 7 AM and our check out was at 6 AM. We asked for a compensation. We always get a packed croissant with fruit and juice or earlier access to the restaurant. In this case we were said that the hotel does not provide any packed breakfast. We wanted to have a cup of coffee 10 minutes before the check out but that was not possible. I am really disappointed. I think it is a standard that the hotel compensates breakfast in case of early check out.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Valetta and is well-equipped. I like that it is located in the peaceful street and we were not disturbed by noise during night. Wr had a big rooom with air conditioning, fridge, tv, cups and a private bathroom (plus towels for the pool area). The receptionist was very kind and in a good mood. We came earlier and stored luggage in a luggage room so that we can go sightseeing before check in.

Nothing, perfect for one night. I would personally prefer more space and a larger pool for a longer stay.

We arrived very late after a delay on our flight and even though it was 1am, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Michael, who ensured we had drinks and snacks and recommended we visit the rooftop terrace which was open despite the time. The room was comfortable and perfect for a quick one night stay. The pool is compact but a perfect temperature and very relaxing. Breakfast was better than expected for the price and included prosecco! In the morning we were checked out by Dennis who was very funny and also friendly.

One room the a/c didn’t work and the other room the bathroom had a frosted glass door so when it was used at night the light beamed into your eyes and woke you up.

Only thing is that toilet is too close to sink. But sometimes it's quite handy. In need you can have a nap.

Bedroom is spacious. Somebody commented something that breakfast is not so good but that is not true at all. Pool is big plus(even it looks larger at photos).

We LOVED the Osborne hotel❤️ the staff was extremely polite friendly and helpful🫶 it's located at the perfect place 5 mins walking from the main street and all the restaurants and the sightseeings. The morning buffet which was included at the price is truly amazing. So many different things to choose from and all delicious 🤤 I definitely recommend it❤️
