Could have done with better toiletries, was given a very small/tiny bottle for shower gel. I knew it wasn't enough for the 3 nights I was staying so had to go to the local supermarket to get stuff.

Friendly and helpful staff - Hemant was on the night shift on reception throughout my stay and was very helpful in recommendations. Great location, although in the party town of malta, the hotel is just on the out skirt of it and suprisingly super quiet. Very close to everything, and the bus to Valetta was opposite the hotel.

Lift is painfully slow. Takes ages to arrive if it does. Every night some rowdy guests would arrive early morning and bang doors(very loud and perhaps under the influence). If you are a light sleeper than can be very disturbing. AC temperature could not go below 20c and every morning automatically turned itself off. Pool was a disappointment, its 1/3rd of the size that it appears in pics. You can sit and chill but cant swim. Breakfast room has no windows and no fresh air and gets very crowded. Couldn't sit there for long. Would have preferred an option to eat on rooftop or even ground floor.

Location of the hotel is great but bear in mind its in the busy part of town! Room size was brilliant. Very convenient to get to food places, Mercury Square, buses etc. Staff of the hotel are very nice and friendly. Breakfast options are very good and slightly varied each day.

Be aware that you are staying in the party district, so despite the sound isolation faint noises might be heard from outside, however they did not bother us at all.

We booked a penthouse suite with hot tub, and our private roof terrace with jacuzzi was truly amazing!! With the built in lights they were probably even more impressive at night, and perfect for winding down after a night out! The hotel also has a great location if you enjoy going out, close to plenty of clubs and restaurants, and within walking distance of the largest beach in Valetta (St George’s Bay).

Apartment needs to be fixed up a little.. simple things like paint, scuff marks, shower seal that took away from an otherwise lovely hotel. Even some artwork on the walls would make a huge difference

I liked everything about the property, the only problem was missing the balcony for the standard room and maybe a bit of sound from the parties in the city since it’s a party area.

We loved the location and how clean everything was. Also the standard room is very spacious and have nice bathroom. Breakfast was really good and it varied a lot, every day we received something different. The stuff was so nice and friendly, every time we had a problem they tried their best to solve it. Especially Hemant helped us a lot in the last morning preparing early breakfast for us and give it to us at the checkout. Everything was amazing and I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially young people.

The publicity for the pool is deceiving In the booking pictures it appears to have a big pool, but it is actually very small.

It was very well located with restaurants and stores in the area. Even though the area is very noisy, the room was very well isolated. No noise. Everyone was very kimd and prompt to assist The room and bathroom were spascious and neat It has parking available

I think the rooftop pool was great but I was a little bit sceptical about its hygiene. That's all I could say in terms of what I didn't like. Everything else, 10/10.

The staff, all of them! The best people I've ever met on a vacation. Every single one of them was very friendly, polite, enjoyed communicating with these people. We had to leave our room at 11:00 am and they've allowed us to use their facilites, gave us towels, asked us to freely use the showers etc. BEST staff ever! As soon as we arrived, the room was already cooled to a decent temperature, that's a big plus. Breakfast was awesome.

The car park of the hotel wasn’t easy to find on the map, so we parked in a commercial parking nearby. It would have been great to have clearer indications for those arriving by car. The room air freshener smell was a bit too pungent for my liking: it was very strong (I am guessing to cover the smell from the bathroom but I could be wrong), and made it hard for me to fall asleep. Some bottled water in the room would have been nice.

Good location and value for money. The bed was huge.
