The bathroom was not clean enough, the sink and shower drains were clogged, and during our 4-night stay, no one came to clean or change the towels.

Facilities. There was not even a knife, so, we had to bite cheese and bread that we bought for breakfast, since there was no possibility to slice it. The hair drier is very cheap and it stopped working sometimes, when it was overheated. There was only one cup that could be used for drinking tea, even though the room was for 3 people. I wish the host could add more kitchen devices, it'll make the visits more comfortable.

Small and very basic. WiFi didn’t work plus no connectivity. Aircon was good but a fridge would have been appreciated what with the Matese heat! My room was one of the cheapest I found so can’t really complain and only really slept and washed there

The ultra-dim lighting, even in the bathroom, where you need good lighting. (the bright photos you see in booking are a little misleading to say the least). The bathroom needs a complete makeover, with the door that you need to push hard to open/close.

Central location, just a short walk from Republic Street. I liked the size of the room, it's spacious enough for 2 adults and a child. The host, Robert, is a nice and kind person. Our room, 'Vintage' has huge potential but needs to be refurbished.

There were issues with our water but the problems were dealt with sufficiently with great contact with Robert.

The location was perfect - right in the centre of town with all tourist attractions being a little walk away. The building and room itself was great with its traditional Maltese feel.

Huge room with vaulted ceilings, in a 400 year old building about 200m from the main thoroughfare in Valletta. it had everything I needed and was a great base to explore the whole of Malta and Gozo. The owner was great, put right a small problem and gave great advice based on his local knowledge and obvious love for Malta. Very close to restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The smell of mould is quite strong in the apartment. However, bear in mind that Malta has high humidity and no heating system. So, the conditions are ideal for mould :)

the ventilator would not blow higher than 21 degrees. So at night it was too cold and we had to look for some extra blankets to keep us warm.

Room is too small for two people. We planned only sleep there, so it was ok for us, but if we wanted to spend more time in the apartment, it would be very hard. There is too little place for a stuff, or even for passing with roommate :) Also it were some problems with canalization. We had to have very short showers, because canalization worked poorly and room easily could be flooded.

Property is in a very good location, it was quiet (with one exception, when other guests waited a host in front of our doors while we tried to sleep). Heating system works perfectly, it was very useful for us. We found a lot of adapters, also iron and hairdryer in the room. In the building you can find a small kitchen, where you can boil water. It's a cheap room, so you can't expect very much.

Wifi was good, we could place our luggage at their living room after check-out and, the host helped us to arrage a taxi to the ferry terminal.

I did not appreciate the fact the that common areas were not usable. Yes the kitchen was but very dirty, and humid. Also the dryer plug was short circuited and unavailable.

The staff was there to help me with everything I needed. The dimensions of the place were perfect for two and the location very central to Valleta.

Looking back at the pictures since our stay, I would say that the pictures definitely look brighter and cleaner than the room actually was (our room was named Vintage). The interior was very dark and musty (especially the foyer upon first entering the building). Some light switches in our room didn't work and the shower head was not afixxed to the wall.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. The neighborhood and building were very quiet. Robert was extremely helpful.

No cleaning service and towels change for 4 days stay. A lot of humidity, no mosquito repellent machine in a room with mosquitos. We met the owner once for the key. There was a intense smell of humidity in the common parts of the building. There was not even a small bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome.

The location was great, near restaurants and shops. The a/c was working very well, the bed was confortable and the room has plenty of sockets and two adaptors for European plugs.

Although it is not a necessity, the room could really use a mini fridge and also it was quite dusty, especially the walls and the window.

The location was really good, near to Valletta’s centre and the price was quite low regarding other properties.

For the price offered it should at least have had shower gel or cleaning once in a 2 days (we stayed for 1 week). The humidity was felt as soon as you enter the facility. The fridge was not cleaned well (the ice part mostly) and the shower supplies are very old. Also, it’s not as spacious as it looks in the pics
