Can’t beat the location, A/C in both rooms, plenty of space and well appointed kitchen, clean

Overall the standard of hygiene was excellent, however grouting around bath could be refreshed and the bath plug was defective so could only have a shower. Small minor issues that could easily be sorted.

Location , it was modern and had all the facilities listed , iron , hairdryer microwave etc

very enjoyable stay the flat was comfortable and clean. The only complaint is the main entrance to the street. We are an elderly couple and my wife has mobility issues. To enter the property you have climb a rather high step or access from the main entrance of the restaurant next door; who also have a rather high step. It is also inconvenient for the restaurant staff who have to rush in and out when busy and have to keep a chiller on the step. I say this as an ex waiter of about 15 years experience.

No self check in system meant we needed to wait around for over 30mins before someone came to let us in after contacting the owner. Communication could be better as we had no communication from the owner prior to the stay and I had to call when we arrived. Door handle to the bathroom fell off so some maintenance is required but on the whole, a nice apartment.

Loved the location. We could see the bay from our balcony. Parking in the car park behind the precinct was good. With the island being as small as it is, it didn’t take very long to get anywhere from Xlendi. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fairly quiet.

The a/c in the bedroom was not cooling enough and there is no a/c in the kitchen/living area.

The apartment was clean, well furnished with fhe kitchen was complete. The site is on the seafront.

The apartment was in the best location and plenty of room. As soon as we arrived, we knew we would want to come and stay again. Absolutely perfect for us!

Rushed out by the cleaning team arriving earlier than the arranged time and forgot my book.

Fantastic location, lovely spacious clean apartment. Aircon in the bedroom and fan in the living area. Balcony and drying rack. Quite a busy place and directly above a restaurant but not too noisy due to good double glazing.

No AC in the living room (only ceiling ventilator), the AC units don't respond to fan speed changing (only the temperature), so no quiet mode for overnight, apartment No. 1 is located just above the restaurant so in the main bedroom you can hear their kitchen hood starting in the morning and smell the food they prepare, the power goes off when you remove the key card from the wall reader - no AC and refrigerator in the meantime.

Gorgeous location for swimming, the view, spatious, bus station just behind the building, kitchen pretty well equipped, plenty of TV channels, free AC, balcony (for swimsuit drying).

Bed was uncomfortable and head board creeped with the slightest of movements. Only one bedside cabinet. Fridge had seen better days.

Being a little bit picky, the sofa bed was a single, both this and the double bed were a bit uncomfortable.

No power points in the bathroom and the balcony really needs an umbrella or an awning as it was unusable in the afternoons.

The view from the front balcony is the best part about this apartment. Lovely spot to relax and watch the sun go down.
