The property was modern and clean, plenty of hot water and berry comfortable bed. The balcony that looked over the street and fantastic views was a bonus.

The property was perfectly placed near all major attractions and public transport, many fantastic restaurants within 100 metres.

Excellent location! It's right above a bar street with steps so no car traffic, the music from the bar underneath stops around 1-1:30am which wasn't a problem because we enjoyed the athomosphere. The outlets have universal convertors, the bathroom is huge and does not clog. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed the breakfast croissants.

Everything was fantastic!

The location was fantastic, just a few metres from Valletta Waterfront. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. Roberto, the landlord was very friendly, helpful and a really nice guy. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Checkout at 10am was very early given breakfast finished at 10am! 10.30 checkout would be better. Two chairs in the bedroom needed please so we could both enjoy sitting on the balcony. Breakfast limited - very sweet cakes served. They were large & very fresh but so sweet - fresh plain croissants preferred!

Ideal location for exploring Valletta sights & restaurants. Balcony was a real bonus. Bathroom & bedroom modern spacious & well appointed. Good communication & collection of keys. Roberto makes good coffee at breakfast!

Fantastic continental breakfast! Host Roberto is friendly and helpful. Freshly made coffee and cappuccino on request.Tea and juices also avail Yogurt, croissants, apple, butter, crackers. Comfortable room. Spacious and clean. Great location. 1 Block from waterfront. On a sidestreet with bars and cafes. Our balcony room had windows that open to the sidestreet below. Wasn't noisy at night if you close the windows and French doors. Central location. 10 min. walk from the main bus stop. We asked Roberto for a kettle and cups.

We had a very good stay, Roberto was wonderful and served us breakfast each morning. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and clear directions even though we didn't speak much of the same language. I would've liked to have less sugar in the morning, as my partner is diabetic unfortunately the breakfast was very heavy on the sugar, however the pastries and coffee were of very high quality. Roberto always offered for me to take the extra pastry and yogurts etc if I wanted to keep them for later. The beds were a little used however still very comfortable. The towels were very nice and I appreciated how spotless and clean the room, closets, mirrors, etc were.

Because of location there is a little noise on weekend evenings, but it’s a small price to pay for the location and friendliness of the host.

It was a little bit of humid air in our apartment, but we used AC and opened the window.

It's definitely in the heart of Valletta- boats, bus stops, grocery stores, everything. Really nice host and cute breakfast.

Roberto, Maria and Matilde are your hosts. This is a family run complex of completely renovated suites, located in a picturesque street of Valletta overlooking the fortified harbors of Birgu / Vittoriosa across the bay. Personal care is shown in every little detail. The rooms, completely sound isolated, are comfortable and hospitable, spacious and inviting. The entire facility is kept incredibly clean. Rooms have a wide level-to-ceiling closet space, a comfy bed that accommodates even back trouble, a wide and spacious bedroom, are fully airconditioned (with modern and quiet A/C units), and their bathroom is welcoming and functional. Accessibility is guaranteed with wide and safe to use stairs. The building is a small former palazzo, with a historical feel and yet completely renovated. Its location is the absolute best; close to everything and yet just off the beaten path. Every site to be visited is near by, accessible on foot. There are cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget near and all around. You can enjoy full day-long walks and always be near your room for a brief rest. What one will never forget however is Roberto's company and personal attention at breakfast. His Sicilian hospitality is unforgettable.
