Slightly apprehensive as lots of building work in area, roads closed etc, so not a good first impression, but didn't impact my stay.

Everything about this property is excellent. The view is incredible, the location is perfect, and the apartment is cozy. I particularly loved the proximity to multiple food options and the short distance to both the bus station and beach. The host, Joseph, was delightful and helpful and included everything you could possibly need.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was tidy, well-equiped and according to description. Location is very good, close to the bus stop and with picturesque view from balcony. Joseph agreed to earlier check-in and warmly welcomed us in the day of arrival, also offered welcoming mulled wine and gave some advices about nearby places and restaurants. He is great man and deserve for the best words. There are a few restaurants which seem good, we ate only one time in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the same building and I can recommend it. Summing up, it was perfect stay and I'm sure everyone would be satisfied, highly recommended.

Nothing not to like!

THIS APARTMENT WAS OUR MOST WONDERFUL STAY IN MALTA! It is a second floor STUDIO apartment, meaning thereby that a big room is all rolled in one - the bedroom, the sitting area and the kitchen area. But it is very well furnished. The bed is large and comfortable. You have all the utensils and initial supplies that you would need in the kitchen. You have a washing machine.......and a clothes drying stand in the balcony. And you have a nice bathroom. Now for the best part - the view. All that you need to do is to sit out in the balcony and gaze at the sea right across the street for a really lovely view. The street below has several restaurants - even an Indian restaurant - which have the sea lapping right by your side. A supermarket is about 50-100 meters away. And a gentle 500 meters away starts the lovely promenade by the sea. A bus stop is located about 100 meters away from where you get connections to the rest of the island. The owner is a wonderful gentleman. He was waiting for us when we reached there and he explained to us the Apartment, the places to visit and also the recommended restaurants. All in all, we had a delightful time in this Apartment.

The apartment was in the core of Marsalforn's seafront (with a beautiful view), close to all amenities, restaurants and pubs. The apartment cleanliness was spotless! It had everything one needs to have a beautiful stay in Gozo. The patron was the kindest, most organised person I've ever met in regard of apartment renting. I really recommend this apartment for a beautiful stay in Gozo.

It's a bit difficult to find but Joseph was available as soon as we arrived to show us where to park and where to access the apartment. There is free parking on the road but it is limited. There is a free large public parking area 5 minutes walk away as well

We had a great 4 nights stay in Gozo at Joseph's apartment. Everything you need is provided. Although it's only a small apartment it is designed brilliantly so there is plenty of space. View from the balcony across the bay is beautiful. Lovely welcome from Joseph and lots of helpful information provided.

The location was excellent overlooking the sea. The facilities were well kept and easy to use. Several shops within walking distance to make your own breakfast and several restaurants close to the apartment as well.

If we could give 20 points we would definitely do that! The apartment is perfect for a couple and the view from the balcony is just AMAZING! Joseph, the owner , is a great host. We got very specific info on how to get to the place. He also gave us detailed information about the apartment, Marsalforn (shops, restaurants, etc.) as well as what to see in Gozo. The apartment is very well equipped, we could find everything we needed during our short stay (including tea, coffee, etc.), the description on booking fully corresponds to reality. We will definitely come back!

This apartment has all the plusses one might think of . Location, yet very peaceful ( soundproof apertures), clean, has all amenities , lift , 2 min walk to the beach , great communication with host ...in the middle of it all. Will return to this place and recommend it hands down

The only thing was my wife is really picky about how the linens are washed, and she thought it could have been cleaned better. This is a minor thing though and I doubt most people would notice.

This is an amazing value in Gozo. It has a great view of the bay, excellent restaurants nearby, and the apartment is a nice size and well equipped. We used the balcony for enjoying the view, drying clothes washed but the washer on site, and for having a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The location was amazing, good restaurants around for for all sort of meals, views were exceptional and very quiet area to relax. Standard of the apartment waws very high as it had everything you needed from fridge, to oven and coffee maker. So you could make a tasty breakfast and feel like at home.
