Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Highly recommended: fantastic and unique - away from the noise and crowds, close to cliffs - provides unforgettable experience not just accomodation - the best sunset and sense of tranquility on Gozo. Very clean, nice cotton bed linen, good wifi and air con, nice swimming pool. Excellent shared utilities: very clean and well organised kitchen and bathroom. Best part is the host and the team behind Gozo Silence - so kind and helpful, these people are rare gems- offered late check out and even freediving session. Thank you Jesper and Magda - you made us feel so welcome and happy and safe. Stay in Gozo Silence exceeded our expectations in every sense:D Amazing!!!

PolandSuch a lovely place! Simple but yummy self-served breakfast (also with some plant-based options). The place was very clean. We also loved the area, perfect for evening walks along the coast. The bus stop is just few steps from the entrance. The host was very friendly and helpful, no problem with communication. If we ever visit Gozo again, we would definitely book this place for some more nights! Thanks for everything:)

GermanyBest accomodation I got in Malta! And I come here often 😅 Everything is clean, tidy and working. I slept like a baby. The hosts are very nice and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for me: Coffee, tea, milk, juices, cereals and lots of good fresh fruits. Fresh water, as the tap water tastes salty. Bed was comfortable. AC/heating working. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and more. Located in front of a bus stop (bus every hour) so you get around gozo easily. Walk a bit and you get the most amazing sunsets... I just loved it and I'm definitely comming back!

GermanyThere is no key for the room (only for the main house). It is a bit unpleasant as there are other guests in the house as well. The lights are not really good in the room and in the bathroom
Everything was ok. The place is nice and clean. The pool is great. We liked that we could use the barbeque.
