Air conditioning in room was restricted to 21degrees , which wasn't cool enough when outside temperature was 32+. Especially during first few days while acclimatising.

The location , the. Staff were excellent , and value for money. The pool bar was always available with no reserving of sun beds.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous especially the pool! The bar staff are amazing also. The breakfast was great a large range of food on offer.

Had issues with the air con not working one day which was challenging to get ready in 33 degrees (had to use my small fan) and floor was sometimes dusty so socks were collecting dust.

Staff were friendly, good location and choices of food restaurants. Distance to the beach was a bit of a walk especially in the heat but was good.

○ Breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from, staying for 7 nights we never felt it was repetitive, several options changed regularly throughout the week, everything extremely tasty and fresh. ○ Location was extraordinary, literally in the heart of Bugibba with supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. It was also extremely convenient while exploring entire Malta: close to meeting point for all the boat trips to Blue Lagoon, Comino and Gozo. On top of that several bus stops around the hotel which connect you comfortably with entire island, whether it is airport, Valletta, Mdina, Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal or nearby beaches Mellieha Bay or Golden Bay. ○ Staff: everyone always smiling and being helpful. ○ Amenities: breathtaking rooftop pool opened till 9PM with great view over the city and bar where you can find cultural activities during your stay, such as movie night or live music. This hotel made our Malta trip truly special.

It's difficult to criticise something when we've really enjoyed our time there These are whatever we felt need improving 1. More hooks needed in the bathroom 2. Fix the shower head so it faces the person 3. More storage space needed for clothes. 4. Air conditioning needs to be colder 5. A full length mirror would be great in the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are so professional and attentive. They helped with directions,ringing for bookings and they are so friendly. The breakfasts were outstanding. The staples were out everyday,which were great,but would change certain items. There may be boiled eggs, or churros and different cakes and fruit salads. The food was always clean and appetising. The location is perfect as it's close to all amenities. Restaurants,the beach, shops all are a few minutes away. On Tuesdays and Thursday they have started entertainment. And the rooms are spacious and have their own balcony. We thoroughly recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Air con was a life saver, all the staff are super friendly! Mehdi the guy on reception especially incredibly helpful. Quiet rooftop pool and cheap drinks can’t go wrong.

There is no socket next to the any mirror which is inconvenient while drying hair. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options but it was decent.

Lifts not in use twice during stay, we were on 7th floor so not ideal. Only 1 or 2 channels in English on tv. No mini fridge in room which I think should be standard, no ironing facilities in room also.

It was difficult to find street parking as it was a busy area.

The hotel and rooms were spotless and the rooftop pool was an added bonus. It was in a great location near the coast and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast options were great and refreshed regularly. Staff couldn’t help any more than they did.

However, the weather in Malta was extremely hot during our stay — it would have been much better if there were a small fridge in the room.

What a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and modern, with an amazing sea view. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfasts and the rooftop pool. Fully recommended!

Not a fault of the hotel but when in a warm place like this it would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Also, the balcony isn't very good, unless you're someone who smokes because i assumed it would be one that me and my partner could sit out on and it was not. It was very small. 2 people could stand on it and that's about it. However, it was still nice to have the door open with the fresh air and the view of the Ocean from our room was nice.

Great location. Next to a beach. Bus stops close by. Plenty of pubs & places to eat at opposite the street and around the corner. The staff were super kind and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Couldn't really fault it. The pool was nice on the roof.
