AC was leaking so we had a flod. The tube was directed outside but still leaking somewhere under it. The cleaner used my perfume… i was waiting for him outside my room and when i left i smelled my perfume and the cap was of the bottle Unacceptable 😡!

Very loude portable a/c, all looks very old and needs makeover (it is 3* hotel). The door lock was broken, so I couldn't lock the door from the inside, only automatically. TV didn't work ok, I reported, they fixed it but after 2 days again it was broken. There were many young guests (high school or college students), partying in the rooms, loud music, yelling in corridors, doors slamming, staff was really professional and managed that greasfuly. Fire alarm went on 3 times during my 4 nights stay because somebody was stupid enough to smoke in the room.

Really spacious room and bathroom (with bathtub), nice terrasse (every room has it), convenient location. In general, it's quiet but all depends on other quests. Very friendly staff, they nicely handled guests (mainly youngsters) who do not know how to behave in hotels.

Leak in the shower, had to pay for air con (money back at end of trip), only given one key card, cleaners usually forgot to leave towels and would take them away and we would have none!

The location of the hotel is good, close to the St.George's beach and shops & resourants. The room is comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Sourge that welcome me when I arrived and to Sabrina that helps me during my stay.

The rooms weren't very clean as we found insects and cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Not well lit corridors felt like some unused hotel.

This place is perfect for a short stay and for people who like to party. I liked that it was very close to Paceville. Also the bus stop to other places is only about 5minutes away. The grocery store, cafes and restaurants are very close as well.

Hair dryer was in a really weird place in the room. Wifi quality was unpredictable, no kettle, fridge, etc. in the room.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice that the room had a balcony and was quite spacious.

The hotel is located in an area where are a lot of clubs and there was a lot of noise coming from there at nights. I had not checked beforehand and would like to know before booking the hotel for family with kids.

The hotel is based in an ideal location: small beach, shops (some of them are open 24 hours a day), restaurants, pharmacy, laundry and other amenities, literally a few steps from the hotel. Although not the most modern, it is very clean, the rooms are well-kept, towels are changed every day. Nice and very helpful hotel staff. Unfortunately, I did not read that the hotel pool is open from May, so I can't say anything about that part.

The hotel needs definitely some renovation and refreshment but as it is 3 stars, then I would say that if you don't expect too much, then you will be satisfied. Breakfast had too little variety and unfortunately the pool was closed because it was winter season. Because the nightlife is very active in this area, then during the night it was very loud outside and also in the hotel some visitors were noisy. On the contrary, my husband didn't hear anything. So if you sleep well during the night, then it might not be a problem for you. But if you would like to have peace and quiet during the night, then this location might not be suitable for you.

Rooms are cleaned daily and everything in the hotel is very clean. The staff is very helpful and the location is really good: the beach is very close and the nightlife area is just behind the windows. Also grocery stores, big shopping mall, fast food restaurants, different Asian and Italian food restaurants are very close. You can have nice walks along the coast on the promenade. So the area is very good for walks and shopping.

A negative note is the comfort of the room mainly due to the lack of a shower box. However, having an excellent quality/price ratio this aspect goes into the background.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and the same can be said for the quality/price ratio.

Rooms a bit outdated but it was super affordable and had all we needed

Staff on reception were so friendly and nice especially Marcos was so kind and helpful. Location was very good and idea for access to nightlife! Beds were super comfy and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels

Property is old. Few basic facilities was missing from the room like, kettle, tea or coffees stuff, water bottle and drier in the bathroom.. we had to arrange by our own which I didn’t like as these stuff are not that costly.

It’s a typical 3 star hotel. Location is good. Don’t expect fancy facilities from the hotel. Staff is nice. Property is old but staff clean your room on daily basis which was good.
