Recensione verificataHotel moderno e accogliente. Ha una propria spiaggia privata ove gli ospiti possono accedere su prenotazione, avendo posti limitati. Colazione ottima e ristorante molto vario. Nel pacchetto all inclusive si possono avere snack pomeridiani al Ombre Cafè Bistro (miglior bar e miglior staff, su tutti Lorenzo) cucinati al momento. Ottimo anche come base per visitare l'isola.

Recensione verificataLa colazione ottima e molto varia. anche la sala colazione era ben organizzata ed accogliente e luminosa, sempre ben pulita. La struttura offre piscine esterne, una più bella dell'altra e piscine interne, tutte ben curate. La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica, sul mare, vicina alle fermate dei bus.

Recensione verificataLa posizione, la colazione e la pulizia oltre al personale di reception; poco educata e professionale la persona,credo filippina, che stava alla reception delle piscine ; al contrario di un’ altra ragazza (Alice) , che credo italiana, la quale sopperiva a tutte le mancanze della pseudo filippina !!
Camera, pulizie, e cordialità; unico neo è grave, posso capire che l’acqua la facciano pagare, ma fatemela trovare nel frigo?!? Frigo vuoto senza nessuna bevanda!!? Per un 4 stelle inammissibile.

Fridges are kept in the rooms for guests’ personal items such as medicines or baby food. Recensione verificataLa struttura è stata il punto di forza della nostra vacanza. Le sue cinque piscine erano tutte bellissime. Il ristorante Azzur ha una buona qualità per essere un buffet. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in all inclusive e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare la cucina anche dei ristoranti Juniper e Sabi, entrambi propongono ottimi piatti.
Non è una struttura pensata per bambini, ma comunque c’è un piccolo kids club. Secondo me sarebbe bello aggiungere un piccolo parco giochi per bambini.

Recensione verificataComodo per famiglie con bambini. Vicino ci sono tutti i servizi. A piedi si può passeggiare sul lungomare e si passa da un lato all'alttro della costa. Vicino si trova anche l'acquario di Malta. Purtroppo non siamo stati nelle spiagge vicino all'albergo perchè erano giorni molto ventosi. Ci siamo comunque spostati facilmente in altre zone di Malta

Recensione verificatastanza ampia con vista mare.
Colazione in un ambiente troppo affollato e rumoroso. Ampia offerta di cibo e bevande ma di qualità base. Piscina al chiuso troppo odore di cloro. Posizione hotel è al mare ma c'è una strada parecchio trafficata tra hotel e spiaggia. Stanze rumorose e poco isolate. Troppe camere e quindi troppe persone in struttura.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if, during particularly busy breakfast or dining times, our service was not as speedy as we would have wished. The hotel was indeed very busy during the dates of your visit, but we shall look for ways to improve our performance and ensure our service is the best it can be, even at the busiest of times. As for the indoor pool, we regularly monitor the chlorine dosage in the water to ensure it is according to Health and Safety guidelines, but our Maintenance team will increase the ventilation in the space to dispel the strong odour.
