The location is ok

They say that they have a "group of houses" and you get what you get, up to this point is ok BUT the one that we stayed in was NOTHING like any of the pictures. Bed bugs on the bed, got like 12 bites on each leg and so did my partner... Moldy ceilings in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. A tiny shower where you could barely fit (a square of like 50cm wide * 50 cm length). After calling several times they finally picked up but insisted on saying that the place met the "quality" of the rest... To sum up, for this price you could get a hotel room way way way better

The internet service was not good and I complained every day but to no avail.

It was in a beautiful 16th century palazzo. Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff.

I would recommend that the beds have a fitted bottom sheet and a top sheet for when it gets hot at night and a reading lamp near the bed would have been handy.

Good location in Valetta, with easy access to Lower Barakka garden and fort St Elmo. Easy access to the building and the room. Nice wide shower. The welcome honey cookies were a nice touch. There is no personnal on site but a hotel (some distance away) acts as a reception.

The room is generally noisy (as are most places such as this one) : noise from the street is disturbing as well as hearing the other people in the corridor and the loud beeps from various keypads. Don't expect to sleep in silence if you go to bed early or want a lazy morning.

The location is superb! It's very clean and you get a new towels every day. The celaning ladies were very nice and gave us additional towels.

A lot of humidity in the apartment, the towels never get dry, you can smell it as well, we were leaving the air conditioning on through the day, to dry the air a little. Very little day light. The matress is very (too) stiff. The bathroom door are hard to open, they rub the floor, when you open or close them, which is quite annoying.

Location is the only good thing about the place

So clean, well presented, spacious. Location close enough to the centre, 5 minute walk up hill to the shops/restaurants. The staff were so helpful via booking.com message function - organised transfers for us etc. The room was set up with water and little pastries, discount vouchers for local restaurants/spa/sight seeing. And a voucher for a glass of Prosecco on the sky terrace at their other location. We were also able to store our luggage at the other hotel on our departure day for free.

Front door downstairs didn’t lock properly.

Perfect location near the centre of Valletta, very comfy, always warm water and very very clean.

Sometimes the A/C didn’t work

We liked the location of the accommodation in relation to the city center.

We didn't like the early check-out policy, even during the off-season, as well as the inability to leave our luggage at the property until our flight, which was in the late hours. It is simply unbelievable that the property does not have a few square meters of space for guests' suitcases, especially in a city full of hills and steep streets. With luggage, you are forced to sit in a café. The last day cannot be used properly, even though you technically have more time. I travel a lot, and this has never happened to me before. Regarding hygiene, towels are changed only upon request. Our stay lasted seven days, and the towels were replaced only after the fourth day. They were also very frugal with toiletries, providing only one mini shampoo for two people instead of two, until we pointed it out. It is also quite noisy when guests enter and exit the building, as the room doors and entrance door slam loudly.

Just awesome! We loved it…our room was cleaned every day and we got some snacks, water… it was really nice - the room and bathroom both were perfect 👍

There was no window

Room exceeded our expectations. Well sited in the center of Valetta, close and convenient to all attractions. It had everything we might need plus coffee and welcome treat. Worth saying that despite our 2 night stay, room was cleaned in the meantime. Concerning Wifi better use the QR code you'll find in the room than the password sent by the office. All in all considering that we visited Valetta in winter and had a few days to spend, I wouldn't think of any better place to stay.

The week in Valletta was quite rainy, and unfortunately, the windows weren’t properly sealed, causing the entire room’s floor to be flooded. However, the staff promptly assisted me in finding alternative accommodation, which turned out to be excellent.

There was kitchen downstairs where we could cook. The room was clean and very comfortable. No tv, but we didn't need it. Excellent location. Pleasant staff, polite and helpful.

Doors were narrow, just that could be a problem for some people. Otherwise, everything was perfect
