They were very polite and helpful in many ways. Antonio who is a receptionist gave me a room that was more better than I expected. He was very welcoming and made my and my family stay exceptional. As well as the other staff at reception and at the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again and advise my family members.

The properly was stunning, modern and clean with amazing staff who were extremely helpful at all times. The rooftop pool atmosphere is relaxed, beds are comfortable, good amenities in rooms, coffee machine etc. Restaurant food is great.

The bathroom was a little small, but still very comfortable. Unfortunately, we experienced some very noisy neighbors who disturbed our rest. Perhaps improving the room soundproofing could make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and brand new! The fragrance at the entrance was delightful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. A special thanks to Manon for her outstanding service and helpful tips. She was always ready to assist, and the fact that she speaks French was a real advantage. We really enjoyed our room; it was beautifully decorated and came with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the large smart TV was definitely a highlight (I’ve never used a hotel TV that much before!). We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the housekeeping team for their hard work and dedication. The location was perfect for us, and having free parking so close to the hotel was an incredible bonus!

There was a huge crane next door and building work. This wasn’t hugely loud or disruptive but it was unexpected. I was glad I hadn’t paid extra for a sea view room as it wasn’t a direct view, although we did have a balcony which I hadn’t expected. You could get to the sea very quickly down the street. The pool area was very busy so more space would have improved it, however I was aware it was small when I booked! The location was great overall.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous relaxing pool area and great staff. They were always happy to help and so polite. You can order drinks and food by the pool, either at outside tables or to your sun lounger. Rooms were lovely and clean and reception staff were very helpful. We only had breakfast twice as it wasn’t included but there was a great selection. Water and ice machines on each floor were a bonus - sounds minor but it saved a huge amount of effort and money getting bottled water and very eco friendly.

The hotel is in a very central location, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean. We only had a small issue with housekeeping not changing the towels, but they quickly made up for it by offering us free transportation as an apology. We truly appreciated this gesture. Overall, we left very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was brilliant during our stay - from the first moment, staff were all incredibly helpful and happy to help with any request. The pool is perfect for relaxing and has a mix of beds and sun beds you can use. Staff were extremely attentive throughout the day and would come and take orders etc with no fuss. We had breakfast included which was good value for money and plenty of options including specials each day. Food in general from the restaurant was all great. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s 30th and the staff went above and beyond to decorate our room and left us some prosecco and a handwritten note which made the day even more special Special mention to Amalea, Amy and Antonio who were brilliant and super helpful all week.

They are doing construction right now near the property, so starting at 0700 you will hear banging but not the hotels fault… just not exactly what you want to wake up to!

Staff were super friendly! Room was comfortable, especially the bed. In a central location, lots of good food choices near by and easy to go to/from other cities! Breakfast every morning was great! I would choose this place again… definitely an amazing stay!

It was a shame that the bar area had to close so early during summer evenings (especially on weekend nights). Apart from that, it is a wonderful hotel that still feels very new.

The rooms could provide some extra simple facilities like shower cap or personal kit. Its just a detail on the overall excellent staying we had.

We had requested to be away from the lifts as we had read reviews regarding noise and this was accommodated for. However we did end up switching rooms halfway through our stay as we realised that our room was directly under the kitchen and in the early hours of the morning there was very loud scraping noises of what we presumed was furniture. I would therefore avoid staying in a room on the 6th floor corridor that is on the side of the water station (on the left as you walk out of the lift). Thankfully there was another room available and this was kindly arranged by the staff for when we returned from a day trip!

The staff were very friendly and immediately gave us recommendations upon check in. Helen in particular was very helpful and lovely to talk to throughout our stay. Great location in what we discovered was the quieter part of Sliema, which was perfect for us as we wanted to avoid the ‘party’ vibe. There are plenty of places to eat in this area (we particularly recommend Surfside during the day/early evening), but the hotel is just a short walk to the ‘livelier’ parts of Sliema where you can also get the ferry across to Valletta or to Blue Lagoon. The hotel itself is immaculate with great facilities. We used the pool a couple of times during our stay and always found a sunbed. The gym is well-equipped with machines and dumbbells and again was pristine. Great breakfast selection to suit all tastes (you might struggle for variety if you’re vegan, but a lot of choice for vegetarians). There’s also a water/ice station on every floor which we used everyday so it is well worth bringing your own water bottle to save on buying water!

There were constructions near the hotel but is not their fault.

It was the best stay ever in Malta. The hotel is amazing, the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful, especially Antonino and Nadia. They asked me everyday how am I, how is my stay so far and always try to help if I had a question. The breakfast was great, a lot of choice, the room was very clean and the facilities were great too. The hotel is very close to beach, restaurants etc.
