The wifi wasn't sufficient sometimes

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive and always happy to assist with any request. The morning buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the beach, though rocky, was beautiful and very clean.

I would like to see more screens to cover food during buffets from flys that is all. Everything else is exceptional

This hotel is simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the care and attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The staff showed an incredible attention to detail in the impeccable room cleaning and arrangement. The breakfast was delicious, offering a delightful start to each day. The location is perfect, with many facilities nearby and a breathtaking view. My room was extremely comfortable. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They were consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive. It was a memorable experience.

Everything was as expected although room wasn't quite ready when we arrived they gave a complimentary drink and it was only 20 minutes or so till we could gain access to it

There is a lot of building work around the front of the hotel at the moment which means an unpleasant walk into town. The hotel gym was compact which would’ve been ok accept some of the machines weren’t working.

Ideal location. The pool areas had ample sun beds for everyone. Also there’s access to the sea if you feel the need. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There are a wide selection of restaurants around the hotel which meant it wasn’t necessary to leave the hotel at all. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

The food and services were amazing and the outdoor areas were also amazing, the only suggestion would be to maybe update the overall look of the hotel and rooms as they are outdated. Other than that it was an incredible stay

The breakfast was very good and the location is convenient. The public is around the corner.

The floor around the pool area was extremely slippery and felt unsafe. The spa is a bit too small, especially the sauna. Breakfast was good but lacked variety, as it was the same every day.

We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The territory is nice, and we especially enjoyed the spa treatments (massage and scrub). The private beach was the highlight for me, as I love swimming.

I loved how friendly the staff were at the reception and this was immediately appreciated when oumaimah at the reception accommodated a room for my family and was really considerate that I was travelling with twins. In addition, the staff at LeCafe and the bar lounge were so helpful with making milk and very friendly. The room was spacious, the view from the balcony was spectacular and the food at all the restaurants was delicious. This made my stay at Malta so much more pleasant and I would only book this hotel if I were to go back.

Reception staff were excellent. We only booked room an hour before arriving through booking.com. They advised that all rooms were booked out and we should not have been able to book a double room. However, because of this oversight with booking.com, the hotel upgraded us to a suite.. The suite was very large and clean. The Pools were fabulous, the staff very friendly, loads of restaurant choices, etc loved our stay and wished it was for longer.
