Good location, easy to find, staff ready to help us. Very clean, comfortable bedroom for 2 people.

At some points of the bathroom there was a little mold, the same in the kitchen and living room because it’s underground.

Location, beds and room, cleanliness

The place was awesome, set in the centre of Sliema, with cozy vibes and really kind staff. Everything was really close, it hs everything a family/a young couple needs for a vacation! Nathan helped us a lot and whenever we asked for something, he instantly helped!

Everything was fine, we didn’t really have trouble with anything. Maybe some extra equipments in the kitchenette would help the stay more comfortable!

The location is fantastic. The place is very central and still in a quiet area. You can easily reach other parts of the island from Sliema and I loved the Sliema beach. There are many good restaurants in the area. The staff is also super kind and ready to help. We also loved the courtyard, which is fresh and lovely to have breakfast or dinner. The house is also charming, although some renovation is needed.

Honestly, the cleaning needs to improve. First we had an infestation of insects: flying ants, flies and the worse, cockroaches. After two or three days of our stay, the property contacted a pest control service, which was helpful, but I think the situation could be better controlled with adding nets to the windows and using preventive maintenance. Second, our bathroom needed a deep clean. There’s mold all over the shower and the floor didn’t look very clean. Finally, our room had a bad mold stain in the ceiling and was overall smelly. We couldn’t leave the window open, because there is no mosquito net in it. I understand that the property is more simple, in the sense that it is not a hotel, but for me, a clean place is essential in any type of property. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Boho Rooms in Sliema. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, hidden from the bustling centre but still close to all the important places. The bus stops and ferry harbour are located just around the corner from the place. Rooms are clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. The A/C was working well, which is crucial in places like Malta. The hosts are lovely and helpful people, making your stay even more pleasant.

Location is great, really close to the main bus station and Sliema ferry port. Friendly & customer oriented staff.

Nice to have : a small fridge in the room (we knew it isn't available when we booked the room) A bit more attention from housekeeping when checking the rooms.

I would recommend the accommodation to anyone who does not expect hotel service. The bed is very comfortable, the location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They even offered me to leave my things at the accommodation in case of a late flight, which was very practical for me considering that I checked out at 10 in the morning and flew at 10 at night. Def staying here again

The location was great. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We found 2 cockroaches and they changed out towels only once we asked. The room wasn’t cleaned for the 7 days we stayed there.

Location was 3min walk to Sliema ferries. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport. Airport bus stop was approx 2min walk from accommodation. Room was large and bathroom was just as large with stand alone bath. No fridge in room but there was communal fridge which could be used. Supermarkets close by. Walking distance to places to swim. Definitely recommend to those that want to stay in Sliema.

The property is in an amazing location on a side street off the main strip though Sliema. It has very easy access to the main bus routes and ferry port for the organised day trips and the boat across to Valletta. There was a small court yard to have breakfast in and shared kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and offered to store luggage after we had checked out and gave a spare key to the main door to get back inside after check out to collect luggage. The bed was comfy and thankful for air conditioning. Good value for money.

The property could do with a motion sensor light in the main entrance way and stairway. I appreciate not leaving lights on at night however when we arrived at gone 9pm the property was in darkness and had to use our phone torches to find our way around. Would also have been helpful to know which floor our room was on instead of trying to find the room again in torchlight as we initially couldn't find the correct light switches.

It could be cleaner and with a place to dry our clothes open 24 hours, as the rooms do not have balconies.

Near the Valetta ferry, not close to the busy road, so road loud didn’t disturb us.

Keeping in mind that this is just hostel, the air humidity in rooms was high, there was some mold near the shower.

The staff was friendly and helped with any questions. The property was clean, nice and located near the ferry terminal. Highly recommended, good value for money!

The soundproofing is really bad, many guest struggled with the main door lock, so when they come Home later you got woken up. Same is the door locks to the rooms, they are really noisy
