The only problem is the hair dryer. It is very small and weak. It takes a very long time to dry long hair.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and calm. The sea was 10 minutes away.

The place is very nice and clean. The are is very quite. You have everything you need, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron board, hairdryer. A nice yard with a small pool to relax.

Great, clean room with excellent facilities in a quiet location just outside the main harbour. Jason went out of his way to be available when required and kept us fully informed all the way. Highly recommended. We'll absolutely be back. 10/10

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean and bright. There was some coffee, tea, and sugar left in the room, as well as 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Very quiet place. Some rooms have a bathroom opposite the room,but we were lucky to get our room change with the shower for my mum. In the bathroom, there's shower gel and shampoo. It's not big,but as I said, very well looked after place. We had no issues with our short stay. The room looked exactly the same as in the pictures on booking.com.Best recommendations for everyone 👌 Good luck, Bayside 1 team 😊 hope to be back sometime soon.

Info for check in was sent day of - I think it would be good idea to sent at least a confirmation earlier with a clear statement of when the information for doorcodes etc will be sent on.

Quiet and well placed for exploring the coast e.g. Peter's Port and Il-Kalanka. Slightly out of Marsaxlokk but easy to access the bus network. Check in and communication was simple. Good value for money; would be a good base for a trip .

Too much shooting. Woken every morning at 6 Am by the locals shooting the migratory birds. The plumbing in the services chimney was poor. Every time the upstairs appartment used the sink the water casceded into the yard gully making a racket. Easy to fix.

Great location near to harbour and countryside on bus route. The services chimney acted as a heat chimney giving us good cool ventilation without using the air con.

We had few but very good contacts with the host, all information were correct and clear, it was an autonomous check in (we appreciated because our flight was very late). The room and the common kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The swimming pool, very small but amazing during evening with high temperatures in Malta. The house is very near from port 10 -15 min by feet, 20 min from minimarket, a lot of beaches near 30 min by feet or 5 min by Bolt (depends on your motivation). We appreciated!

We liked the beautiful villa, its peaceful surrounding between Marsaxlokk and St Peter's Pool, lovely seafront in Matsaxlokk and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Communication was easy with the owner, the room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area was clean and the housekeeper cleared the bins in the communal area every day. Very convenient location to the local town and easy and plentiful street parking.

The open shower can lead to wet the floor and the little window in the shower is uncomfortable to open.

I liked the big comfortable boom in a silent neighborhood, the kitchen facilities and the possibility to park for free just outside the building.

It felt quite impersonal. Also it mentions there is a kitchen, but you cannot cook there. It is useful to have a fridge and a microwave but some other guests brought food and found they couldn’t cook. It wasn’t a problem for me, but future guests should be aware of this. It is located in quite an empty area, reaching there by foot meant walking on the road, which by night may feel a bit unsafe.

The property is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
