The building is to be enterred with a code, but this was not working during our stay, so each time we needed to open the key box to get the key, open the door, and lock the key in a box again (as we had no private key) which was a bit annoying.

Nice and clean room, perfectly located in Valletta - close to everything. Great breakfast with a choice of various products. For a small fee they made the birthday decorations to welcome us, it was really nice - and they offer more similar services. There's a jaccuzi on the terrace, really nice option with a view.

Loved the little balcony, particularly enjoyed watching late night fireworks from our room, and the rooftop seating area was lovely, the room itself was beautiful, very clean, modern and functional. The bathroom was stunning with a fantastic shower. Location was ideal with it being just a few minutes walk to streets with restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliant, Joseph went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Decorating our room and making a little platter with wine for our arrival Overall an amazing stay for our honeymoon at a small but stunning hotel!

Don’t really want to say how nice it is otherwise it will be booked up when we need to visit, but the truth is it is a Lovely modern hotel in a superb location absolutely stunning roof top views, Staff were so helpful nothing was any trouble, room was very clean and had a balcony, superb roof top amazing coffee and great continental breakfast we will return

Overall, it's a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again! We would have preferred a normal kettle rather than the coffee machine for hot water as the water poured out everywhere. Also, a personal preference, we would have liked the option of having freshly cooked breakfast/eggs.

Loved our stay at Avalon Boutique in Valletta. It's a couple of streets away from Merchants St. where all the bars and restaurants are. The main city's sights are a walking distance from the hotel but in a relatively quiet area. Also, literally 5min walk down to the harbour. The hotel staff were wonderful, particularly Joseph, who helped us out a lot with creating a travel plan. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the rooms with the balcony were fantastic. This next part is not a comment on the hotel but highlighting a potential issue -- As it is a newer hotel in the city, both our travel parties and their taxi drivers found it difficult to find. So, if you could keep track of it on Maps, it would be easier to navigate.

It was very hot so we didn’t sit on the roof terrace, there is a lovely breeze but no shade to relax under.

The location is perfect, just round the corner from bars and restaurants but far enough round the corner to not hear them.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is modern and clean. There is a lovely roof terrace giving a wonderful 360 view of Valletta.

The breakfast was very good. Situated on the ground flour, you order what you would like, toasted sandwiches, cereal, yoghurt etc. and it is delivered to your table. Very nice.

Boutique accomodation that is conveniently located to everything in Valletta. Close to restaurants including Republic Street, Lower Barracka Gardens and a short walk to fast ferry and three cities ferry terminal. Staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. Secure accommodation with access codes for hotel, room and luggage storage. Breakfast had an adequate selection of sweet and savory choices, coffee and juice.

Breakfast is not a buffet-style but you have to order and there is a limited choice of bread but mainly sweet things.

The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. The owner is very friendly and does everything to ensure you have a good time in the hotel. The entrance codes are easy to use. The hotel is very well located in Valletta and close to the Mediterranean conference centre.

We had a 7 night stay at The Avalon Boutique which is a hidden gem in Valletta. The inside is stunning and feels like a 5 star hotel. The location is perfect and you are a few minutes away from everything that Valletta has to offer. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were amazing, very professional and making us feel extremely welcome. The room was perfect, everything has been thought of when designing it and we couldn’t have asked for more, the balcony was a lovely bonus. The rooftop terrace was fantastic!!! With a hot tub and views over the entrance to the grand harbour it was the perfect place to have breakfast or relax after a long day of sightseeing. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, it made our stay in Valletta even more memorable. Thank you to all of the team at Avalon Boutique 😊
