SwitzerlandI was there only five times, but I was very pleased with the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service and a warm cozy atmosphere. Especially in the SPA, real professionals work there. I ordered different types of massage and was very pleased. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything for a comfortable stay.

United KingdomWe requested the room to be made up, the room unfortunately was not made up until 4pm when we had returned from our day out and were getting ready to go out. The rose cutouts from the romantic setup we requested upon arrival were still around the floor after 2 days of cleaning from staff. The towels provided were not the cleanest on our first night we had the romantic setup, the towels which were made into swans had grubby spots on them in small places all over. Black mould was also on the mastic of the shower, and in the corners of the shower tray. The shower also did not drain too well which caused a pool of water around the feet in the shower. The rooms are nice but not 100% clean, but the experience at the hotel is one of the best we have experienced together, but the cleanliness could definitely improve.
The facilities were amazing, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the spa was a great way to finish our holiday and even though we had checked out, we were provided with robes and allowed to leave our bags with reception as an option. The rooms were completely silent at night with no disturbance, it was clear there was very good insulation between the walls minimising sound from neighbouring rooms. The sliding door to the balcony was a nice addition to the room, aswell as the safe to keep valuables and the convenient clothes racks which helped to organise our clothes easily. Overall an amazing experience and we would return again.

AustraliaFor some odd reason, The above shower head didn’t have warm/ hot cold water, no door on the shower so when you use the hand held shower head it was impossible to wash your hair and get a good wash. Water went everywhere, all over the floor. I did bring this up with staff twice but they said maintenance looked into it. I gave up asking after day 3. Eight days without a proper shower wasn’t great

NetherlandsThe rooftop pool was always full. They work with a reservation system and time slots but the first day we arrived the slots were already booked up to 5 days basicly our entire stay so we didn’t get to use that.
The location is perfect lots of restaurants at walking distance but you need to go down a hill and again up a hill. The (free for guest) beach club is a 10 min walk and is also amazing with a nice pool. The Spa was nice. The staff was nice. They offered a free trip to another city which was nice to see. Cleaned our room everyday and always asked if we needed extra towels.

United KingdomWe had to pre book for the rooftop pool, which was a hassle because they didn’t have any booking availabilities after 2-3 days, which was pointless cause we were staying for 4 days and were excited to use all the facilities we paid for. I think the hotel should make more sunbeds for guests.
I stayed for my birthday trip, the hotel was very accommodating & the staff were very friendly. They offered me a Prosecco and helped me with the suitcases. Very 5 star service. The staff were very friendly and talkative. The lifts were fast and the room was clean all the time! They had a beach club which was very nice.

Beautiful well kept hotel with amazing amenities, the app was a really clever door tool and meant you didn’t worry about room cards. The reception and concierge staff were amazing could fault at all. We had a brilliant stay. Central for buses, easy walk to the ferry taxi to Valletta. Many local restaurants nearby.

The location for sure. The breakfast was amazing. The beach club (that was reserved for the guests of the hotel and we loved that part) was amazing too. The spa facilities were great. The staff ultra helpful every time we needed them. The pillows menu filled with really comfortable choices. The highlight is the app the hotel has that you can arrange pretty much EVERYTHING though it.

United KingdomI did lots of research before visiting and checked location on Google Earth. The surrounding area is quite run down but the hotel itself and the beach club were excellent. Rooms were clean and contemporary in design and I loved the beach club. Staff were friendly and attentive. Service at the bars and restaurants was very good. Food was to a high standard and although there was plenty of choice, the menu was the same for lunch and dinner at the beach club and Margaux.
