The check-in process was frustratingly slow. The breakfast should be complementary because the selection is pretty poor. Feels a bit strange to charge extra for some sad toast. The bathroom design is terrible; water flooding all over the bathroom when you take a shower. And there wasn't any shower gel or the dispenser wasn't working.

Good coffee, fresh orange juice, the breakfast was good if not lavish. Kudos to the restaurant staff who took us in shortly before they were supposed to close and served a full meal. Location near the harbour. Safe parking.

Possibly the best hotel option in Nouadhibou. The clean rooms are a welcome respite in a dusty city like Nouadhibou.

The breakfast was not great. Really put the "petit" in petit-dejeuner and it was a little strange that there was a separate charge for it.

If you book on online platform you will be confused about payment.They will switch twice from euro to ougiya then to euro again.Better pay in ougiya.

The check-out process is extremely slow. It took them (2 persons) more then an hour to prepare the invoice. Attention: even though it says in booking.com that they accept Visa and Mastercard, they do not accept Mastercard. Breakfast is extremely poor.

The best you can get in Nouadhibou, almost Western standard. Excellent fish in the restaurant.

A bit more fruit for breakfast and vegetables on the restaurant menu would have been a plus. But other than that, the variation and food availability was fine. Internet wasn't very stable, unfortunately.

The pool is small, more a plunge pool than a swimming pool. Avoid rooms on the 4th floor. The restaurant floor is your ceiling and the scrapping of chairs, noise and the midnight cleaning schedule woke me on my first night. They happily moved me to a lower room. No currency exchange here as advertised, which I needed and no tour desk/concierge. Breakfast is a mixture of items available rather than the options of different breakfast types the menu offers. It includes one coffee and you get charged for any more, Service at breakfast was slow and lacking though, as I had to go find the waiter several times for anything.

Helpful, professional staff, especially Saeed the Restaurant Manager and the Marketing Manager. Modern, clean and very stylish. Great air con and wifi and comfy bed. Restaurant serves great food and very reasonable prices in a professional atmosphere with superb views over the rooftops and the town and towards the port. Staff helped me obtain currency from a local bank and even drove me there twice to ensure my safety. Hotel is very comfortable in a southern part of the town near the port and a short walk to the airport. Definitely the best in town from what I saw of the other high star hotels. I would definitely stay here again and fully recommend it

The shower doesn’t have doors so water spilled excessively on the floor.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Safe area close to restaurants and the beach. Staff were very helpful. In fact one of them offered me this flip flops because my shoes were damaged after my Iron ore train ride.

The best ice cream in Nouadhibou, very clean, very friendly staff, great restaurant with fair prices. You should not really bother with most other hotels, they are expensive and comparatively bad. I’ve stayed at one other hotel in this city for around 35 euros and most hotels seem to be at around that price point and it was pretty run down and a mosquito breeding ground. just go with this hotel instead since the other hotels you pay big bucks for a crappy place and here you spend comparatively little for what you actually get, which is quite the luxury, especially for Nouadhibou. Also shoutout to the staff for being patient with me after I came from the iron ore train looking like a coal miner.
