    They allowed us early checkin and late checkout.

    Breakfast for 20 euro with a very small variety. Plastic in food - we had some accras and they literally had a plastic in them. No one cleans any tables for breakfast so you get attacked by birds trying to steal leftovers. Room cleaning forgets to give you the correct number of towels. Parking is available on site for like 15 cars then you need to figure it out by yourself. And then they say it is safe but the broken windshield glasses on the floor says something else (see picture) You will not get any water and when you ask about it they will tell you to use a very convinient located vending machine in the hotel lobby. Second day we ran out of shower gel because no one filled it during room service.

Finally, we regret that the supply of products such as shower gel was not up to scratch. We would like to remind our team of the importance of checking each of these points during room service.     Do you want to be your own bellboy! Voila! We had to take our luggage ourselves to the room! When checking out I took the shelve from the lobby in time and somebody stole it so I had to get it again 🤦‍♀️🙈

    The bed was large & very comfortable. Air conditioning efficient & quiet. Nice balcony with chairs. Large fluffy towels. Large shower & lots of hot water.

    The smell of sewage in the bathroom was dreadful, especially in the mornings. The restaurant was disappointing, the breakfast looked unappetising & vastly over priced at 20 euros. We only ate one supper in the restaurant, food was awful & again vastly overpriced. We were turned away on the 14th even though we were resident. Willy was quite rude.

    The hotel was clean & nicely decorated. The garden & pool area were lovely as was the pool bar. lovely large comfy bed & nice balcony. The air conditioning was efficient & quiet. One staff member ( Rachel ? ) was especially nice

    The smell of sewage in the bathroom in the morning was dreadful even though we left the light/fan on all night. One staff member ( Willy ) was very sharp with me when I enquired about borrowing a book. The breakfast at 20 euros was overpriced & looked awful, we only had coffee. We only ate in the hotel restaurant once, the food was dreadful & vastly overpriced. My pork fillet was tough as was my husbands duck. our friends prawn was not cooked properly. The wine waiter dripped red wine all down the glass which ended up on my husbands shirt. The bar staff in the pool bar were slow & totally inefficient. .

    Good location for beaches

    Found the staff generally unfriendly, the usual issue with people putting towels on pool beds and leaving them there from early Over priced food and drinkmorning

    I liked the location, the decor, the room, the swimming pool, the staff, and the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable in general. Loads of choices at the breakfast bar.

    I didn't like having the view on a pile of rubbish from my room the entire stay. I didn't like the many wear and tears throughout the bedroom/bathroom. As it is a 4 stars hotel everything should be on point. There were 3 big black dots on the TV, a little annoying.
