Poor shower as highlighted by previous reviewer. Two guest, but only 1 small bottle of water. No ironing-board. Lack of power points. In the era of multiple electronic devices, one power point is inadequite. Antiquated refrigerator.

Location. Park opposite. Plage de France nearby, 3 mins walk. Also near a bus station. Many food huts over the road in the park. CommercIal centre nearby (shops to the English). Spacious Room. Lift. Key card. Iron. Coffee and tea. Microwave.

The location was perfect in the centre of town. The key card made it easy to go in and out of the buildings. The place was clean

A bit of a pesticide smell when we first entered our room although that wore off pretty quickly. Awkward sliding glass door to bathroom that didn’t stay in the rail. Staff are only there for anticipated check ins. Although that was not really a problem for us.

Nice location (although we had to search for the entrance for a bit) close to the park, the fort, a beach, and nightlife/restaurants. Very friendly and helpful lady upon our arrival. Both nights we found free parking nearby.

Everything was fine. The only caution is the night time music and ear plugs perfectly took care of that for me. I always travel with ear plugs which is a great travel tip and very easy to carry.

You can not beat the location of this hotel, it is excellent, I love it. Opposite the hotel is the beautiful Park Savane lined with beautiful trees, benches and restaurants. At night time this Park comes alive with music, sometimes live bands, and is the best part of Fort de France to hang out in the night. You do hear the music in the room, not too loud, and ear plugs perfectly took care of that for me. The ocean is one minute walk, the airport bus stop is four minutes walk, next to it is the ferry boat to go to Trois ILets, and many other things including McDonald's within five minutes walk. The hotel is very safe with a security door to enter the hotel. The room itself was nice and clean with a spacious bathroom. The reception office is not always open, so be sure to let them know your arrival time and someone will be there to welcome you. The staff is very nice and Pauline who checked me in was wonderful.I will always stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.

As there is no breakfast or room service, it would have been great to have a machine in the lobby at least for water and small snacks.

Welcoming staff at reception. Good location close to all amenities in town and an easy walk from the ferry. We arrived early for check in but could leave the luggage at reception to enjoy a walk around town.

The lobby was not at the entrance, but that didn’t matter because you were not left waiting on the pavement

The shower was ok in the evening but just dripped out in the morning, which is a shame as it is a very clean and modern bathroom. The sound of flowing water all the time was annoying, no idea where this was coming from.

Great location a short walk from the ferry terminal. The town centre is round the corner and there are local bars and restaurants. The view from our room was over the city beach and looking up to the fort. Staff were very friendly.

The room was a bit noisy because it was next to the reception and lobby.

The reception desk wasn't always manned, so not that easy to track people down. There was a really bad smell from the bathroom which we complained about - staff arrived and poured bleach down the drains but it didn't work - this was the main negative comment.

The apartment is very well located, near the port and all the main sights in walking distance. The size of the apartment was good and it was well equipped. It had double glazing (as advertised) which partly helped with the noise outside (which we were warned about). It was very clean and slightly clinical in style. The air conditioning was very effective. There was a very good pizza restaurant and bar on the corner towards the port.

Someone smoked in the room and I am a non-smoker. Probably nothing the staff can do about it, if someone smokes secretly, but the receptionist asked me whether I smoke and I said 'no'. So maybe they knew the room smelled like smoke. I came late and the reception closed shortly after I arrived, so I could not change rooms.

Friendly reception. I have been at the hotel before. It is a good location. Very central.
