    Concierge - staff super friendly and helpful in planning trips around the island and giving tips on what to do. Rooms - very comfortable and the garden setting if amazing.

    Check-in seemed chaotic a better booking/processing system is needed on the front desk. Evening meals were a car crash - staff unhelpful and inattentive, efforts to address to restaurant management was ineffective, no English speaking staff in the evenings, food was tasteless and a very poor selection. Not able to identify some dishes. After second night ate out every night as food / service so bad at hotel. (Breakfast was good, only the evening meal/staff were the issue). Fire at hotel destroyed beach club, so closed and fenced off after. Pool bar also closed but unclear for reason as undamaged and clear of any residual risk from neighboring building. More effort to maintain some drinks/bar service expected. Hotel management needs to pay attention to quality and guest experience, big improvement on restaurant staff, management and food is needed.

    Like the bungalows the trees, flowers around them, the colors reminds me of my country Haiti

    The food was ok, not much of a selection.

    My initial room in Grand Caye was awful, very old, tired, tiny, just horrible and unliveable in, nowhere near the quality I expected for a the high price I paid. However for an extra twenty euros a night I was offered the top room in a wooden bungalow away from the pool and noise of the bar and restaurant which was excellent. The shower was broken and then completely replaced within a couple of hours.

    I had the worst massage ever! What was supposed to be a selective lomi lomi massage was a poor and annoying tickle of strokes by a woman who was completely absent and coughed throughout the whole painful process.

    The 'chalet' was excellent, well furnished and comfortable with access to 'private' pool. It was also very good to have 'special seating area' and a la carte menu.

    The bar service was very slow.

    I liked the proximity to the amazing beach and the beautiful flowers and trees that lined the pathway to the little bungalows. I also liked the proximity of the hotel to shopping, restaurants and most of all to the ferry that takes you directly to Fort de France within 20 minutes for 7 euros return! I was also pleased to see laundry facilities on site.

    The beds could be more comfortable, they were small and felt like bunk beds. I also did not like that most of the staff could not speak English and that during the day, the WIFI did not work properly in the rooms.

    Very cute bungalow style hotel set in a natural tropical garden setting. Had a cute retro feel although facilities were all very modern. Breakfast and dinner buffets, in restaurant overlooking beach and bay, were very good. Boat to Fort de France right there at dock.

    There’s nothing the hotel can do about it but as you enter water there is a ledge in sand which drops suddenly. Easy to get in but hard to get out.

    Great location

    Mosquitoes in our room Dirty moldy shower 2 women on the Restaurant staff treated us with agression and intimidation when I didn’t understand them, ignored us and wouldn’t serve us.
