Staff were super nice and facilities are super

There was an issue with their generator while I was there, which was unexpected and I feel it would have been nice to have curtains on the bunks and bigger beds but other than that is a nice place!

Great leocation , great breakfeast and restaurant, great people and a fantastic pool to refresh …i strongly recomend .

Nice dorm good bed. Ac was working well It was good just quiet Stuff left by guests in bathroom didn’t get cleaned. Messy. Lot of locals hanging at the pool or staff

Kind staff, possibility to buy bus ticket with free pickup, early checkin, clean room and toilette. Coffee and tea for free. Generally I strongly recommend it

Very bad WiFi, you need rent a scooter to see temples. Old Bagan would be better location.

The hostel was very well located. Close to all iconic places in Bagan. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was crazy tasty. If coming back one day to Bagan I will definetly stay here again.

The 12 bunk-bed room was perfect for me and my friends! The staff were accommodating.

The breakfast was too spicy! There were no choices!! You had to eat whatever is on the menu for that day.

Fantastic location, easy to get to many nearby sites on foot, like the river. There's some places to eat nearby too. Easy to rent bicycles and e-bikes from hotel. Also they were helpful in booking a bus back to Yangon for me at a very busy time (New Year's Day). The breakfast samosas were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms could've been cleaned a little better. I noticed some rubbish left over on the floor from previous guests. Also, the shower in my dorm room smelled like mildew so I used the outside shower near the reception. It was just a minor inconvenience and I was happy to be able to stay during high season.

My stay was amazing, the staff is really helpful, they helped me with everything like booking a Tuktuk for Sightseeing and booking bus and even for the very early check-in The location is good, the decoration is so modern and colorful I loved it ❤️

I wish they have electricity generated more they have, electricity cut a lot in myanmar generally and they have a generator but I wish it would be working more hours

Best hostel in the whole Asia! Very friendly staff, I love and respect everyone here! First time I came in February for a couple of days but ended up staying here until the rest of the year coming back off and on! Every time when I come back to Bagan I feel here like at home! I met so many nice people here: travelers from abroad we went together to Nepal, Bangladesh, India. Another guests we went together to Inle, Madalay, Mount Popa. Also I met many nice local friends here who gave me a unique chance to spend a lot of time with their family! I want to say special thanks for the general manager of Ostello Bello: to Egle! She is incredibly kind and therefore all the hostel staff is following her example and also kind and nice! I will pray Ostello Bello will reopen it's branch in Inle and maybe another Myanmar cities after the situation becomes better! Thanks for everything and with my huge respect for everyone here: Sam.

Very friendly stuff, helping with any questions. The pool and the chilling zone are the best places!

Clean bunk beds & bathroom. Spacious storage. Friendly staff and understands english very well. The open restaurant is a good place to chill
