Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I loved the view of Shwedagon from my room. The reception staff especially July and Ko Toe made sure my check out was quick and easy. The bell boy Zin Min went above and beyond to locate my sunglasses.Yee yee from housekeeping was also very polite and helpful. I had an issue with hot water running low later in the day, but it was resolved very promptly. The customer service at this hotel is wonderful. Its rare to find this level of care and support.

Breakfast was just astonishing. So many choices, selection of many kind of food, vegetables, fruits, bread, chinese, asian food. Just great !! Very good café. Nice and very polite staff - waitresses .
