No 24/7 service, no vending machine to get snacks after midnight, lights off. It was bit strange. Door terrible to open or close. I injured my finger on the black front door. Hard to open because no space to put your fingers unusual not commercial made structure of the doors. Inside my door has big handle but no lock even the card didn't work automatically to close my door. Cleaning lady opened my door unexpectedly early morning,, she apologized, but best to bring in your system 'Do Not Disturb sing. Cold bathroom bit chilly room at night. additional services such taxi (Uber, lyft) etc. should owner have reliable services. Greeting customers it's very important or sending them with great smile on theirs faces, communication skills must be important.

Clean room very nice warm blankets comfy bed and fresh air. Near to the Soccer Arena location. Love the taverna beautiful bar quite place, drinking only no food.

There are no shelves or hooks in the shower so all the soaps and shampoos would be dropped on the floor after you finished using them, also there was only one toilet roll available which was barely enough for me that night.

Nice and cozy atmosphere, I did not stay for breakfast but the room was alright, a lot of space and comfortable. Extra duvet available in the closet.

I prefer having a two-way window to leave open at night, but these did open fully on both sides to let in a lot of air on good days.

Nice hotel. Plenty of space with a big window, tiled bathroom, air conditioning, a couple of writing desks at different heights, and a wardrobe. Reasonable fee to be picked up at the airport in a nice car and let into my room after hours. It was easy to manage my booking when I needed to add dates, and they run a bar with cold drinks and good espresso you can take in your room. Regular upkeep of towels and sheets if you have a longer stay. There's a nice restaurant next door and shops all around the stadium. City Park is well kept with families, tennis players, and dog walkers about most days and a taxi stand and bus stop in front of the park on Ilinden where many cafes and bakeries are located. It's a short distance to the museums and malls in the center if you walk down the river (wide bike paths and pavements) and you can cross any of the bridges on foot to visit the fortress and the old bazaar. It's also not too far up the mountain to Middle Vodno where the cable car starts. Skopje is a great pedestrian city and this was a great hotel to explore it from.

The room was very warm when I got in, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff mentioned that the previous guests, which were turkish, have been smoking inside the room. Amd there was no other room to move to.

Outdated and broken furniture. Bathroom had broken tiles in the shower and that is dangerous. Bad smell because guests smoke in the rooms. I was totally disappointed.

Only the location is ok. The staff is friendly. Everything else is bad and needs serious renovation.

It was renovated and kept in perfect condition, but the decor is a bit old fashioned.
