I wish there was a bell guy who helps with the luggage up to the room when staying on first, second or third floor. There is how ever an elevator in the new part of the building. Will consider staying there next time.

The hotel is modern, has spacious parking, swimming pool and the restaurant. Not far from Skopje. In general the stay was ok, During the stay there were small details, which in comparison with the price for the stay were not okey. For example old towel, no mattress for the baby crib (they put a blanket), one tea cup for two adults etc. The restaurant was perfect and even if you don't stay in the hotel, the restaurant is worth visiting. Service, food, prices - everything was well.

The boys at the bar/restaurant could be friendlier and pay more attention to guests instead of playing around.

The receptionists are very friendly and loved the room and the pool. Breakfast was also good 👍. And girls at breakfast.

Excellent location for the airport, transfer included. Comfortable bed, good shower, tasty breakfast on the poolside, the pool was open and the pool towel was included. Very friendly staff and everyone speaks English.

Our room was upstairs but when people were checking in late at night and very early hours of the morning, you can hear the reception area. It was a shame because it’s a great hotel

We were collected from the airport by a friendly driver who was holding up a sign with our name on. Reception team very friendly and welcoming. They kindly arranged a hire car for us. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious food in the restaurant

The restaurant was occupied with a private party, but the hotel staff let me order from the menu and provided room service. They also had a driver ready to take me to the airport at 6:00 a.m. Top notch!

The shower was leaking water underneath and all bathroom soaked into water with it. Air conditioner was making a disturbing weird sound, so we had to shut it off. Please consider having black tea in your tea options. You have everything else but no black tea.

It feels luxurious and comfortable. Restaurant has beautiful foods. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Everything: the amazing staff, the room, the nearby airport location, their professionalism… I’m especially grateful after a horrible 24h trip to be given a free of charge early check-in and an upgraded room.
