- The owner was very kind to us and helpful, she is quick answer on Booking - Rooms, bathroom and common spaces were very clean. The owner clean it everyday - Rooms have lockers - The kitchen is very practical, clean and well-equipped. It has all the necessary utensils for cooking and fridge to store your food. - The location of the hostel is a bit far from the city center, but it’s in a quiet area. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The bus station is just a 20min walk.

I was there for 3 weeks, more or less, and the day of the checkout, I was thinking of extending a couple of days more, but the owner (her husband) literally kicked me out. Location a little bit far away from the center of the city. The Cleanliness could be improved

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the host a genuinely kind person. Especially considering the price of just 10 euros per night, staying in such a beautiful home was a great opportunity. The location is within walking distance to the Stone Bridge, and definitely not as far as some might exaggerate. Personally, I loved everything about this place. I hope our paths cross again someday.

The apartment is new, beautiful & clean. Beds at the shared room are single beds & very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped & bathroom too. Towels provided. Excellent wifi connection. It’s 20 mins away on foot from the bus station & 30 mins away from the center, but it’s an easy flat walk.

- outside temperature was around 37C( for all days I was there ) , inside the room was very hot ( no air conditioning )

The location wasn't very convenient. We walked like 20 minutes to reach the famous sights of Skopje. However it is easy to find the house, though it is a bit in the alleyway.

The owners were so nice to us. They were helpful. The beds were comfortable, in the kitchen you could find the basic foods like slat, oil. There are two rooms, each has two beds, therefore it is not crowded. It feels like having a private house.

Toilet at an awkward angle. The shower could be a problem if you're very tall as it has a very pronounced angled roof. No shower holder - so you have to hold it (can't stand under it). No waste bin in dorm bedroom. Not really a hostel in the true sense, in my honest opinion, more like an apartment you share with strangers - which can be great if you like a more quiet stay or your own space. For me, what makes a hostel is a decent communal area and chance to meet other guests to mingle with, make new friends etc., which is not really on offer here as the maximum occupancy is 6 people (a 4 bed room & a 2 bed room). In the 4 bed room, I overheard another guest being told the cabinet key was lost - so in effect, they did not get a place to lock up their valuables. Furthermore the layout of the 4 bed room means 1 bed does not get a big cabinet next to the bed as the cabients are duos and one is placed at the foot of one bed so to me it would feel your invading that beds personal space to access it, especially at night if a person is already sleeping in the bed in front of that cabinet. What is needed is a new stand-alone locking box or locking side cabient for that one bed that's not next to a big cabinet which would also then take care of the missing key issue (of one of the big cabinets) as then all 4 guests would again have a secure place for their valuables, as opposed to just 3 guests out of 4 currently having a locking cabinet.

Clean and comfortable. Owner very responsive to requests or suggestions. Full kitchen with fridge and freezer for guest use. Also, a PC connected to the internet for guest use. Cabinet in 4 bed dorm room with keylock next to my bed. I had a working one next to my bed but see the other part of my review for downside (for some).

The location is a bit out of the way of everything. It's a lengthy walk to the bus station, town center

This is essentially an apartment that someone has converted into several hotel rooms. It's nice if you enjoy that homely feel. We made use of the kitchen facilities and our room was very comfortable. The check in process was was easy and the owner is friendly.
