The hotel is in a great location, with the added benefit of limited free parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was decent, and I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything.

Newly re decorated modern style hotel.

The size of the room do not correspont to a 4☆ EU standards ( do seem most likely). Breakfast was very basic.

Location was excellent.Room was very clean,hosts was very kind.Breakfast was very good with a lot of food to chose.I sleep in a few hotels at Struga and this was the best one,I recommend to everyone

Prime Location in the heart of the frequented area.

The staff there does not speak Albanian in an Albanian majority town, they expect you to know Macedonian.

They had a problem with entry door alarm which was annoying.

The room was lovely, clean and very spacious - especially useful when travelling with a small child. The location of the hotel is great, with immediate access to the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was disappointed in the spa (sauna) and the breakfast. At this price-point, the spa (sauna) was not included in the price. It wasn't a lot of extra money, but I would rather suggest they increase the room price and just include the spa (sauna), because that's the main selling point when you compare the hotel to other accommodation options in Struga. You can find a nice clean room in many places, but I thought I booked a hotel with a sauna for a premium price point. The breakfast was not that good.

We stayed at Hotel Freya and overall had a very good experience. The room was surprisingly large and spacious, which was great for our family. Initially, we were disappointed because we booked the hotel expecting a free baby cot (as listed on Booking.com), but it turned out there were none available. However, the staff kindly arranged an extra bed in our room instead, which was a thoughtful gesture. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent—right in the center of Struga, just steps from the main bazaar, which made it easy to explore the city. The only downside was the limited parking. The hotel has space for only about 6–7 cars, and it often got blocked or full. If you’re traveling by car, it might be a bit tricky. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel, especially for its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and central location.

The hotel room was ok, almost as described,

We didn't like almost everything else. In your room you heard water rushing down the pipes every time someone flushed the toilet, you also heard your neighbors and people walking in the hallway. That was really echoing sound. The receptionist was nice. Total disaster was buffet breakfast. Located on the top floor of the hotel, it smelled of the cigarette smoke like a cheap bar. They said they opened at 8am. At 8:30 they looked at us why we bothered them. Tables were not set, they were covered in breadcrumbs, there were big flies everywhere. When we asked about buffet, we got menu. There was no buffet. When we asked about coffee, they pointed at the big old machine. It only made one kind of coffee. It also had button for hot chocolate, but it only served water. When we told staff, they said they had nothing to do about it. We asked for juice and they said it would cost us money. The eggs we ordered were too salty and sausages were disgusting. It was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had!

Located in the central walking area, full of various shops, within walking distance to the river and the lake. The top-roof restaurant provides a view of the lake. Nice breakfast.

Parking was a bit small.

Location center of Struga

Very small parking. We stayed for the New Year time and it was always full. They also came into room ti ask for the key so they can move car. Whitch seemed unprofessional. At the New Year night it was very loud music on the last floor untill 3 am or later. They said it was private party. When we asked when it's gonna finish because it was really late they said it's their boss so they didn't wanna ask at all. Bad value for the money, very unprofessional. Sauna is 10e per day per room. And it's just sauna and salty room. Breakfast poor. Not so much choise, especcialy vegetarian. I asked for some, they said they will provide for the other day but they didn't. Not even close 4 star.

Everything was perfect!

But the breakfast was not very rich.
