Breakfast wos very bad, no diversity at all for a 4 star hotel! The rooms were kind of old, they could make them better. There is no elevator, so be prepared ti climb some stairs.

It was very close to the ski center, the staf wos friendly and the dinner was great. I didn’t go to the spa, but it look nice and very warm. They had a play room for kids, my daughter loved it.

the hotel should be renovated as some parts (especially the balconies) are in a bad shape. The whole interior looks very old fashioned. With some basic renovation efforts the hotel would gain a lot.

The hotel has very friendly staff and the basic services for a comfortable stay at the Mavrovo national park. They also arrange sport activities for the guests, in our case we got a guide for e-bike tour very quickly and the tour guide was really nice and we had a great day at the Bistra mountains. There is also a spa downstairs and even it has seen its’ better times, it was lovely to relax there after our bike tour.

Extremely outdated hotel. Old furniture, squeaking floor under the not too appealing wall to wall carpet. The mattress is useless, so are the pillows. The sauna was not working (the pool yes).

Yugoslav era, large hotel, mainly catering for winter skiing visitors. It has a restaurant and a pool on sight. Breakfast is good, with eggs, cheese, hams, pastry, yoghurt, vegetables: it is really a nice experience, especially if you can sit on the balcony (summer time), under some shade. Good location, close to the ski lift. The staff is nice.

The hotel was almost empty and the pool area was a bit funky with loud music. The interior was a bit outdated but everything was clean and worked well.

Really big hotel with a good restaurant with a great view. The food was good and the balcony had a nice view. The location is really good close to the lake.

The furniture was quite old, but it was functional. All good. The bathroom was oldish as well - it needs a bit of TLC.

Breakfast was super generous with a lot of food of different types. It was great! The room was comfy but quite old. The spa was super nice - we were the only ones there :) and it was super funny! I recommend the hotel!

I did not like the things about the hygiene. There were no shampoo and relevant soup. Plus, the bathrooms in the spa area were not clean. Also no bathsuit for the spa.

Our room felt kind of old. Doors were from the past century 😂 (doesn't really matter, but everyone around your room can most likely hear what you are doing.) I didn't like the toilet, it had a bad smell coming in from the canal hole at times and the shower cabin was really small and uncomfortable. Definitely didn't feel like a 4 star hotel room, more like 2 or 3. I would say it isn't worth the money.

Even though I think it’s good for the value I didn’t like the furniture of the room. it was so old. Yes , clean but so old that gives you impression that this place is from the past.

We liked the location and the atmosphere, real place for relaxation and family vacation. The heating, the spa and the jacuzzi. The staff was especially kind, if i were to give them mark would be 10/10. I liked the food but the breakfast was cold.

The service at the restaurant was not great. We paid for a package that included dinner and breakfast. However, the staff didn't explain how it worked or what the meal was. The restaurant staff also did not seem very happy or friendly. With this said, the food was very nice and fresh. Also, the WiFi signal did not reach the bedroom we were staying in on the bottom floor, and the TV only had 2 channels.

The location, reception staff, food at the restaurant, spa centre, and facilities were very good. The room was clean and large but a bit run down/worn out. However, it was right next to the ski slope and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The reception staff was very accommodating and helpful. Given there was no snow, they also recommended a local electric bike hire, which was great (the owner of which was very friendly too). Highly recommend it. There are plenty of options for fun outdoor things to do for the more adventurous traveller - feel free to ask anyone for recommendations. The people in the town are lovely too.

The SPA center was very good, the only thing that I did not like was that the pool water was very cold, in my opinion not even 20°. They can do a bit of an efort in the "fitting rooms" so you have some kind of lockers to keep your personal stuff. Otherwise the other thinga in the SPA center were awesome

The whole atmosphere of the hotel was exveptional! You can feel that you are in the mountains and the comfortability is everywhere. The breakfast had so many choices, that we could not stop eating, the food was fresh combined with milk, yougurt, coffee and juices. The food in the restourant was delicious and staff was very friendly. Would come back for sure!
