How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A very enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel situated very close the main square. The hotel has a good vibe and very helpful staff. The is no parking available but one of the staff accompanied me to a nearby parking garage. Recommended.

The air in the room smelled kinda funky, but I guess I could have opened the windows and aired it out. The hotel is rather compact and has no dining options, but overall satisfactory
Breakfast was good, the location was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. What more do u want!?

Room a little small.
The hotel is very closed to the heart of Skopje, in walking distance to every tourist place. Staff are friendly and helpful, good breakfast. We feel comfortable in this hotel. Recommend to stay here.

Hotel was in a great location nearby Macedonia Square. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. Great buffet breakfast which also included some Macedonian foods. Staff were fantastic and provided useful advice for our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The electricity sockets in the room need to be renovated.

Ideal for city centre in a quiet area . The room itself was excellent the staff were great although the lift was broken and my room was only on first floor they insisted on carrying my suitcase up for me . Upon entering the room which was immaculate and a credit to cleaners I was shown how to work everything the room had great aircon as it was very very warm , plenty room to walk around the bed which( although on soft side for me ) gave a great nights sleep there was small fridge with mini bar complimentary bottles of water which were great safety deposit I box and a small desk beside balcony door which was a nice place to sit in the early morning or late evening . The bathroom area was a good size and with complimentary toiletries ideal there is a good size shower and sink in here and plenty clean towels .breakfast is served downstairs next to reception area and has a good choice of warm and cold food to cater for all tastes there is plenty on offer for all a well stocked bar can cater for your tastes in the evening I couldn’t find a fault in this hotel

Our room 112 was nice and quite spacious. But there wasn't always enough hotel water, it was more tepid throughout... and the bath drainage system needs to be seen as the water took ages to go through the drain!!
The location is super just 3 mins away from main square...rooms are nice, breakfast was good, not abundant but abit of everything. Staff were very helpful and nice

Reception area seating and lounge area welcoming. Staff helpful and friendly Highlight was breakfast with wide range of fresh vegetable and fruits for a vegan. Best of 2 weeks in the Balkans Spacious room looking out over a Main street. Some noise but not intrusive. No worry to me. Clean and comfortable Definitely recommend.
