There is no restaurant in house but there is one very close by which the hotel collaborates with, the surrounding area is not the safest but still ok and the security makes u feel pretty safe.

The property was centrally located and close to everything we needed. It was clean and had great amenities like the rooftop patio and boutique on site. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive to our needs, and able to help us whenever we needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the bathrooms are modern and nice. We felt very safe and comfortable at Tsanga Tsanga and would stay there again!

Sometimes there is an issue with wifi connection on the rooftop, but apart from that everything in this hotel is top notch.

The rooftop is amazing. So clean and comfortable, great views, perfect place to hangout after a day walking round the city. Good breakfast - juice + hot drink, nice pastries, eggs, yogurt. Great location. Decent aircon and shower.

The location is just okay, but there aren't many great locations in Tana anyway, so that is no reason to avoid this hotel.

My breakfast croussant was hot on outside but still almost frozen in the middle. The curtains were very thin - so they let in a lot of light.

Friendly welcome by security man on the door and reception, it felt secure and they made me feel like a valued customer. Everything very clean. Towels were better quality than I am used to! Slippers & good hairdryer. Bed & pillows were comfy. The room safe worked. I was on 3rd floor, the double glazed windows shut out nearly all the noise - I was pleasantly surprised. A very nice roof terrace to relax from a hectic Tana! Very close to Fondation H and the Institute Francais and some decent restaurants. Also an easy walk to the old train station. (I was told by everyone I met not to walk out at night - but the hotel was very close to the restaurant I ate in, and a waiter walked me home in less than 5 mins).

I would have liked the option for a in-house restaurant Especially for dinner this would provide some good flexibility, as its not really safe to walk around after dark The alternative is to order food (from a reputable nearby restaurant), which is OK and takes ~30mins to arrive. But still, an in-house restaurant would have been a big plus for me. The 4th floor (which is where breakfast is served), could well be an option to provide also dinner/lunch upon notice. Just saying

The bathroom door is a slide door, not really comfortable. Neighbourhood is city center - but not a good one, not a safe place to walk. Loud from the street and almost always - burn smell from the streets.

The Hotel is really nice. Not much people, stuff is really friendly and welcoming. Water every day for the room, only one bottle though, the rest is additional pay. Has a security guards. Quite, cozy. Good wi fi!
