Inside the hotel is very nice. But to walk outside was not so nice. Maybe because of the low season. And sometimes we have got a misunderstanding with a reception, so my advice for everyone is to save all the bills to your wallet.

I loved the swimming pool, it is so refreshing and very clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious, I loved samosas, chicken tigh, and zebu tongue (it's something exceptional). Staff is unbelievable, smart, friendly, and really helpful in any question. Love you, guys!!!

No hot water in the shower. Bed felt damp - not convinced it was clean. Gym definitely does not look like the picture - don’t be fooled.

Pool area was lovely with comfy sun loungers. Everything you needed was on sight - restaurant, bar area, spa, souvenir shop. Didn’t need to leave the property.

The restaurant was pretty convient and the showers had nice warm water. Also in a quieter part of town not too far away from the airport.

Unfortunately there was no hot water for the whole 5 nights we spent there! Also the electricity was constantly going off and there was no water at all hot or cold! You have to pay extra for the air con but as the electricity was cut at night it could not be used

The location of the hotel is far away from the city centre... When asking about taking public transport he doesn't recommend me taking it, which I understand He wanted to recommend someone he knows which is expensive, so if ur a budget travelling don't come here!!! I don't think this hotel understands the concept of backpacking traveler!!! The place was over booked and they put me in a bed with a random girl, we shared the same bed!!! Because we were confused and just accepted it because we have travelled far to get to madagascar. The next day in the late afternoon, they said our bunk beds are ready for us to move, i didn't want to relocate all my belongings, which is stupid because they asked us late in the afternoon. Why should I move when u put me here!! And now they want us to pay the difference, after i had to sleep with a stranger, i just met in a van!! During my stay i don't think they show good customers service, for myself and the other lady who i shared a bed with!!! If your solo travelling don't come here you won't meet other travellers.

The airport pick up was great, it was very good but be careful with the airport scam, i watch the driver witnesses the hotel guest get scammed and confused about a person who she thought was the hotel worker asking for money, he try confusing he onto paying double for the shuttle ride, i told her he's a scam he's not park of the hotel. The hotel staff should have told him to move along and protect the guest from airport scams I really like the little walk I had around the neighborhood.

The hostel is away from the busy road, but just in 5 minutes walk there is a city bus or taxi avilable.the shuttle from and to the airport was comfortable.staff are kind and helpful.

The windows need screens or mosquito nets or something. We wanted to open the windows but we were afraid of bugs coming in.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was also good.

Everything was just perfect

I fell in love with this place. very clean, nice and delicious food. the staff, both at the reception and waiters, is professional, very nice, helpful and speaks English. The swimming pool and gym are an additional advantage of this place. The airport transfer is a big plus. I recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything :)
