Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant menu is well designed (not a long list - just enough) but the food taste is not stable. The chef should make efforts. Don't try the Indian menu.....
Staff is very friendly, especially those at the restaurant and the bar. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the calm of the overall property. The ambiance, decoration, menu of the St Sylvestre were unique, thank you !!! The short Sunsite cruise was excellent.

United StatesThe fact that they are allowing smoking in the restaurant made us uncomfortable, especially with the children. They should eliminate smoking areas from non-smoking areas. After two days there, we knew the smokers and found seats away from them. ..............
The value for money was very high with a very friendly staff. The room had a private pool, beds for the kids to sleep, and a great view of the ocean. The food was great and affordable. When we needed change, we could walk to the nearby village by the beach, buy freshly caught fish, and grill it on the spot.

United StatesI cannot think of a thing this resort could do better. We are English speakers and in the minority at the resort and everyone there made us feel welcome.
The breakfast was exceptional. We ate at the restaurant seaside every morning and had fresh juice and pastries. The staff were happy to make anything special if you requested it.
