The condo has all the amenities needed including a washer and dryer. Nicely updated and a beautiful porch to lounge on.

It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for an amazing stay! Walking distance to many restaurants and just a few steps to the beach! We travel a lot and thought the beds and pillows were the best we have experienced. And the value is incredible!

Great location, ground floor beach-front 2 bedroom apartment on the coolest beach in St. Martin, Orient Beach. We had the best of both worlds with immediate access to the beautiful north side of the beach, between Coco Beach and the KKO Beach Bar, with a minutes walk to the Village restaurants, beach bars and shops. Our generous host Pierre-Yves was always on hand to answer our questions, requests and couldn't be more helpful. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, modern, spacious, comfortable with tasteful decor and high quality linens. The well equipped kitchen included basics like salt, pepper, spices, oils, tea, and all cleaning supplies. There was plenty of seating choices for relaxing, including sun loungers and deck chairs outside, dining area and sofa seating under the outside patio, and dining and sofa areas indoors. Full laundry equipment with supplies and a beach umbrella and beach towels. Plenty of parking available at the back of the property and at the front on the beach. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked inviting and clean with sun loungers. The property was secure and quiet. We would love to return.

USA1 Bewertung„A complete gem. Beachy, clean, well equipped, stylish and we cannot wait to go back!“Nothing :). We loved every aspect of this property. We always rent while on island and this has absolutely been the most equipped, stylish and comfortable place we have rented so far.
We just spent two weeks at this gem, and this property completely exceeded our expectations. Very fresh, clean, and had every amenity you could need inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen for the typical chef. The beds were very comfortable and high quality. The kitchen and living room were spacious and bright. Our FAVORITE space was the beautiful patio/deck/yard. I worked out there almost every morning (yay for great wi-fi) and we sat out there every night. With the breeze off the sea the bugs were minimal. The waves also made for a wonderful relaxing soundtrack for yoga, work or happy hour! Neighbors all relatively quiet and it was very secure little spot and complex. A perfect size for 2-4 people (especially 2 couples). Photos on listing are 100% representative of property. The property was a short walk from the main Orient Beach areas and a 30 second walk from Coco Beach Club and Kakao Beach Club. Although it is very quiet most days, you do get some music from the beach clubs on their "Saturday/Sunday party days", not overwhelming and we enjoyed the music quite a bit. Cannot wait to go back!

Our stay was wonderful, there was 4 of us and it was perfect. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed in it. Communication with property manager/owner was awesome. We were very close to the beach which was our goal almost every day! We loved it and can't wait to come back next year...hopefully for 3 wks next visit!!
